Great location, great room!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Lotus Place. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk from the Main Street, the night market, and the morning alms ceremony, while still being peaceful and quiet.

The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked well throughout my stay. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable each morning, with a good variety of options.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and arranging anything I needed.

Overall, this was excellent value for money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Luang Prabang.

Quiet, helpful and a great place to just be.
Pros:

The staff are lovely and humble. They were not pushy and always provided us with a full breakfast and ever so helpful. Location was great as it’s away from the wrung of tourists on the main street and near the Mekong: The Nam river is quiet and serene at least in low season. We didn’t do much at all ie no tours to waterfalls or caves etc but instead relaxed, walked the street, indulged in local food and culture/art for 5 days.

Cons:

The leakage needs fixing.

בסהכ המקום ענה על הציפיות, המחיר היה זול מאד, קיבלנו חדרים סמוכים, על הנהר, החדר היה גדול מספיק מזגן טוב, מקלחת טובה, הצוות במלון היה מאד נחמד, ארוחת בוקר היתה קטנה אבל בסדר, אהבתי שהגישו אותה בשולחן מחוץ לחדר

Great place!
Pros:

Good breakfast - made to order - outside your room’s door. Nice room: clean, spacious, quiet. Perfect location. Very responsive and accommodating staff. AC didn’t work great, but there was a fan also. Shower had the best water pressure of the trip! All the amenities present. Very nice. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!

Highly recommend!
Pros:

After having being wrongly dropped off twice to hotels with similar names we were hot, tired and annoyed. We were met with a warm most helpfu welcome. Our host even went and collected our luggage from the other hotel. The room was a good size, clean and the river view was fantastic. Each morning we were served a delicious breakfast on the balcony just outside our room. Housekeeping was offered daily. Our host organised a day trip to a spectacular waterfall, elephant sanctuary and Buddhist cave. Our host and staff at the hotel really made our stay memorable.

Pros:

Bo the receptionist was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Very close to main street and short walk to night market.
