it is OK hotel is you like quite area at the nights.
Pros:

the hotel is located in very quite are of Kyoto faw away from all tourstic noise.

Cons:

the hotel is located quite a long disctance from touristic area of Kyoto. Even thoiugh there is a Subway station close by , the entracen does not have an elevator and we had to carry out luggage.

Cons:

The staff were unflexible. We arrived 30minutes before check in and they didn't want to check us in. We were there for 1 day and decided to stay another. They gave me a price that was 30% bigger than the one on booking. A d told me I would have to check out and after 4h check back in if I wanted to stay there.
