Localização muito boa. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Acomodação confortável. O que poderia ponderar (o que não diminui em nada a avaliação do hotel) seria o café da manhã iniciar às 06h30 (inicia às 07h00), horário em que os hóspedes retornam do passeio de balão. Por sinal, café da manhã excelente.

Great location, which an updated feel to the resort. Additional thought to customer service needed.
Pros:

Location was great and our room (which we received a free upgrade for) was excellent.

Cons:

While there was definitely a language barrier, the staff could have been more helpful throughout our stay, Additionally, one of the two days we were there, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance.

Wauw! Wat een prachtige setting. Heel mooie kamers, zwembad. Het sushi restaurant was ongelofelijk en daar zijn we ondanks het grote aanbod in görome wel 2 keer gaan eten! Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en je kon ook warme opties dagelijks kiezen (verschilde ei bereidingen). Er is altijd wel zitje aan het zwembad beschikbaar. Lekkere cocktails.

Cons:

Hele ruime kamer maar amper opbergruimte voor kledij. De muziek aan het restaurant start erg vroeg en eindigt laat. Bij het ontbijt mogen sommige gerechten warmer, dat smaakt altijd zoveel beter.

Pros:

Tudo maravilhoso, especialmente o staff, extremamente atencioso! Adorei o café da manhã e a propriedade é super linda! Amamos também o restaurante asiático do hotel, acabamos optando por comer por lá em 3 refeições. Agradeço a atenção com a nossa lua de mel e todo o carinho de todos no hotel. Recomendamos!!!

Die Lage war super! Einen Pool zu haben war echt gut!

룸이 넓고 쾌적했어요 동굴 호텔이라 불편함이 있을까봐 걱정했는데 3박일정 동안 만족스러웠습니다. 조식도 맛있고 식당 근처에 귀여운 고양이들도 있어요 ㅎㅎ 수영은 못 했지만 수영장 뷰도 좋았어요 직원도 너무 친절 했습니다.

Cons:

음.. 별로 없는데 굳이 꼽자면 좀 높은 곳에 있어서 오르막을 걸어야 한다는거? 그만큼 뷰가 좋아서 상쇄되는 단점이에요 ㅎㅎㅎ
