객실은 깨끗했음

Cons:

같은 객실로 두개는 예약했었는데 프론트에서 8층과 9층을 주었길래 같은층을 달라고 했더니 바로 옆방을 배치해 줌... 객실 확인하니 같은 객실이 아니라 바꿔달랬다가 번거로워 그냥 사용했음. 처음에 키를 줄때 같은층이면 예약했던 객실이 하나가 아니라는 이야기를 먼저 해줬으면 좋았을 텐데 그런안내가 부족하여 기분이 별로였음 . 객실내 종이컵도 너무 허술한 느낌이었음

천안아산역 인근 유일한 호텔임.
스타일러스가 있음.
어미니티가 한팩으로 밀봉되어 있음

Cons:

청결 상태가 엉망임. 소파에 머리카락과 음식물 이물이 그대로 있었음. 침대 베게 밑 긴 여자 머리카락을 반견함.
청소 대충하고 침대위에 청결함을 홍보하는 문구의 종이를 놓아놈.

Good for trip!
Pros:

There is no breakfast available.
The room was very clean.
The bed was comfortable.
The TV was huge.
We came at heavy snowy season, and there is padding dryer in the room. Perfect!

Cons:

There is only coffee available in the room, usually a hotel will provide tea as well.
I am not sure but I think the heater is not working at the time we stay.
