Pros:

Nos dieron habitación en 1er piso y la alberca nos quedó de frente, muy accesible!
La atención muy buena, muy amables, buena relación calidad precio

Cons:

Lo único malo la televisión muy pequeña y nunca pude acceder a TV abierta

nice place, but didn't completely meet our needs.
Pros:

staff was great. Pool was very nice. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There was no refrigerator in room. There was no ice machine or ice containers on property. There were no concessions at all. The luggage storage was not secured. My wife is diabetic and requires insulin that needs to be refrigerated, this was a problem for us. I probably wouldn't stay there again for this reason alone.

Pros:

EN LA HABITACIÓN LAS CAMAS ESTABAN SUPER INCOMODAS, PARA TODOS TIENES QUE AVISAR, ES DECIR: SI OCUPAS QUE TE LIMPIEN EL CUARTO, LO CUAL NUNCA CAMBIARON SABANAS, NO HABÍA COMIDA EN EL RESTAURANT Y LO OFRECEN EN LA RESERVA

LA HABITACIÓN SUCIA, SIN CAMBIOS DE SABANA, EN LA ALBERCA NO SE PUEDE PASAR, SOLO CUENTAN CON 4 CAMASTROS, NO HAY COMIDA, NO PUEDEN METER COMIDA, LOS AIRES ACONDICIONADOS VIEJOS, HUELEN A HUMEDAD

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de los puntos turísticos, en cuanto a la piscina, los horarios son muy accesibles ya que se puede utilizar hasta las 10 pm.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no estaban muy limpias, aunque el hotel esta en remodelación, las instalaciones se ven muy descuidadas.
