Pros:

room was comfortable

Cons:

1. We were told housekeeping is not available when we asked that they move the baby cot to another room.
2. we waited 1h15 to get our dinner after ordering.
3. change room at the swimming pool was locked
4. one of the waitresses that night, a girl who wore black stockings was very unfriendly, same girl we are told took our food to another table
5. the trainee at reception served a white man who came after me first

I will not use bookings.com as I selected having breakfast and on my arrival I was notified it was not included. I also paid more than the amount indicated at the reception.
