Stanza comoda e ampia. Discreta la colazione. Pulizia di buon livello. Molto belli i giochi e gli spazi dedicati ai bambini. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Frühstück war gut
Leider war es sehr schmutzig. Es war noch Dreck von den Leuten zuvor im Zimmer. Eine Haarspange und ein Zettel mit den Namen der Leuten zuvor. Es war auch sehr laut
The swimming pool for my 3 and 5 year old grandchildren was magnificent it was a pirate ship. They loved the indoor soft play area
Although there is a shuttle bus service it stops at several hotels and so crowded. It bought out the worst of people pushing and shoving. We took a couple of Ubers and it cost 13/15 euros

The location was fab for Disneyland, and a shuttle was provided if needed.
Swimming pool and soft play for kids was great after travelling and overall a very family orientated hotel.
Food was nice at the buffet with lots to choose from.
Sadly, we were there during a period of hot weather (30°c) and discovered that there is no air conditioning. This meant the rooms were unbearably hot! Staff tried to help by providing fans but these made little difference.
I contacted the hotel a couple of days after our departure re two brand new children's t-shirts we had inadvertently left in the hotel room. I am yet to receive a response.
The pool was amzing, the facilities outside, the room was big.
All the things in the hotel cost extra money even the room, although it was ready they wont let us in before 15:00 unless we pay extra money.No aircondishing, The fan was soft, The room was very hot.
The themed atmosphere was nice and the pool was clean and the children had fun, it was perfect for them. The room was also clean and tidy during our stay.
I was disappointed that I was not informed in advance that the lift to the 4th floor was out of service. As I had paid for early check-in and was pregnant, having to use the stairs multiple times a day to access the breakfast area, pool, soft play area and our room was quite inconvenient. Had I known beforehand, I might have chosen not to pay for early check-in and waited for a different room.
I also found the breakfast selection very limited. There was only a small choice of cold items and pastries, with no eggs or other hot breakfast options available. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in, the variety was disappointing and did not feel like a particularly nutritious breakfast.
In addition, the service at the bar could have been better. On one occasion, there was a queue of guests waiting to be served while a member of staff was chatting with a colleague. A member of the kitchen team had to ask them to return and serve customers, which was frustrating to witness as a guest waiting in line.
