Uncomfortable stay and unable to contact anyone in hotel
Pros:

The indoor pool area was the main attraction and is good for what it is.

Cons:

Our room was unbearable warm, no aircondition, windows can’t open. We lay there trying to endure the heat, just to find out we were above the loading doc, which starts making a lot of noise at from 4 in the morning. The phone in the room was a fake, not connected, you are unable to contact front desk by calling from your own mobile phone, they don’t answer their emails. They know they have a problem and by design have chosen to avoid interacting with customers.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Der Wasserpark mit den beheizten Pools und den vielen Rutschen ist hervorragend und sorgt für viel Spaß. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt, da das Hotel ganz in der Nähe der Disneyland Parks liegt. Der kostenlose Shuttle fährt regelmäßig und macht den Transfer sehr einfach. Außerdem verfügt das Zimmer über einen kleinen Kühlschrank, sodass man Getränke und Lebensmittel aus dem Supermarkt mitbringen kann.

Cons:

Das Frühstück bietet jeden Tag die gleiche Auswahl und die Säfte sind sehr süß und wirken künstlich. Mittag- und Abendessen sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen und die Preise im Restaurant sowie für Getränke und Snacks sind sehr hoch. Im Sommer werden die Zimmer außerdem extrem heiß, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt – nur einen Deckenventilator, der kaum für Abkühlung sorgt. Dadurch war das Schlafen sehr unangenehm. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass es keinen täglichen Zimmerservice gibt. Während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Der Shuttlebus zur Rückfahrt vom Disneyland ist zwar praktisch, kann aber zu Stoßzeiten sehr überfüllt sein.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes. À notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre prévue pour 6 personnes avec des lits d'appoint. Ce n'est pas ce que nous avions réservé et nous considérons cette situation comme trompeuse.

De plus, le premier jour, nous avons dû passer la nuit sans ventilateur malgré la chaleur. On nous a indiqué qu'il n'y en avait plus en stock. Cela a rendu notre séjour beaucoup moins confortable.

Nous sommes déçus par ces conditions et souhaitons une explication ainsi qu'un geste commercial pour les désagréments subis.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres et en plein été, ceci est un gros frein. Il fait très très chaud dans l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner buffet est lamentable. Il faut payer un supplément pour avoir des œufs et du bacon, c’est une honte au vue des tarifs appliqués.
