Staff is great! Room was good size.
Room was not clean. Floor was slippery with an oil like film. Roof leaked while raining.
The location is strategic, near Luneta Park, banks, and convenience stores, and quite safe. The room has the basic needs. The staff is approachable and easy to talk to.
The food is pricy. The room and facility, though old, are fine. Suggest to always making the linen new-looking (towels, blankets, and bed sheets are quite old.
