A very disappointing stay, will not go back there ever. Overpriced
Pros:

The only positive point is that the hotel is located very close to many of the embassies.

Cons:

This place is a small setup with 6 or 7 rooms altogether on the first floor of a building. It is a bit difficult to locate as there are no signboards outside that identify the hotel (but this is not a serious concern!). The staff, though very nice people, are not at all professional. They have no clue how to run such a place. The power went off for more than two hours in the afternoon (in May, in Delhi summer!), and they did not have any backup. Apparently, the generator was not repaired in time. The power went off the next morning around 7 am. My visa appointment was at 08:30, and I had to leave at 08:00. They were not able to provide me breakfast because there was no electricity!

According to the booking.com site, facilities included free toiletries, but nothing was provided, despite several requests. This place charges a high price and the service is worse than what you receive in lodges.

Pros:

très bon emplacement, mais ma chambre était à proximité du gardien de nuit et de l'escalier bruyant toute la nuit ; standing assez médiocre.

Cons:

prestations médiocres pour ce prix en Inde, mais la ville était tout entière réservée pour le sommet sur l'IA, j'ai dû m'en contenter.

Was very pleased by the neighbourhood.
Pros:

Location was excellent for the work that I had gone for. Outside property was excellent. Calm, clean and real nice place with health food available.

Good Room facilities at excellent location with good staff but neglected maintenance.

Location, staff behaviour, and breakfast quality.

Cons:

Had to change 2 rooms, in one R.N. 105 TV was not working, in R.N. 102 Mosquito infested, AC not cooling enough, room light not enough. Stayed in R.N. 105 in which toilet hand faucet not working. In all three rooms no cable TV, only wifi connected so only You Tube available.

The room was clean. The guy who set me up was very gentle and helped me a lot. I am overall satisfied.
