They are charging the accommodation per head, not per room. They are very strict with the no. of people who can stay in the room. Kids are free but no free breakfast. Breakfast meal is 250 PHP each ( only silog meals) Extra person in the room is 900 PHP each.

We did not ask for extra bed but they insist that we keep it in our room even if we use it or not, we have to pay for it. Yes, we did not used it and we pay for it

Wi-fi is very bad. We were not able to connect to all wi-fi ID they gave. Even our own data is not working there. I supposed to have a work during that time and i was not able log in. Just told my boss that my lappy is broken.

Free breakfast is not a buffet. They will only ask you to choose from their “silog meals”

You have to pay for the day pass of the driver(s) but they can come in and out of the resort & swim til 6pm

I did not stay there because of the fact that I did not feel safe with the aggressive attitude of the staff there.
Pros:

The photos looked really nice, but when we got there, it was right before sunset and they wouldn't let us go outside to take photos, even though there were a lot of people out at the beach still.
I also requested a room with a beach view if it was available there was literally nobody there, but in order to give me the room, they had to charge me almost 50% of the original cost i payed it reluctantly.
I wanted to have a toast with my girlfriend at the sunset with a beer. They sold no beer and ground level so I had to go upstairs to get a drink. They didn't have change at the bar there. I tried to take photos on them second floor balcony, but apparently the manager maybe her boyfriend.
We're sitting we're taking the spot where the sunset was they would not move a later found out that she was a manager and she's also the one who forbid me from going outside to take a picture of the sunset so needless to say the trip was pretty much the worst place I've ever stayed at disrespect From, the so-called manager, who would not give me her name.
After voicing to my complaints to whomever would listen later, felt very threatened by the staff there and felt unsafe to even be there. I could not imagine trying to sleep there with the volatility of the situation.
I asked for a refund and they just about laughed at me. I said I've only been there for less than an hour and we hadn't even unpacked our bags .
Because of not feeling safe there I left and I found another hotel about two hours from there that was much nicer. Therefore, I booked two hotels in the same night as you can see from my records .
I would very much appreciate a full refund since I did not spend more than one hour at that facility.
I really wish she would remove this hotel your website because they're arrogance and rudeness does not belong on
I have used Booking.com on many of my trips abroad, but if you don't vet the hotels you pick.

It was a great place to spend at the beach along with the accommodations offered by the resort.

Stay was no very accomodating. lot of mosquitoes inside the room that keep me alnight from the bite

Cons:

Internet is bad in the rooms and TV wouldn’t work as it’s internet based (Amazon stick) - property should advise guests that WiFi is weak inside rooms. Good signal was at the main lobby & cafè
