Bon emplacement mais propreté inquiétante
Pros:

L'emplacement était idéal

Cons:

La propreté était à revoir : Moisissure dans la salle de bain, poussière de partout, rideaux tachés et jaunis, serviettes de bain tâchées et trouées, murs sales. C'est à se demander si la chambre a été nettoyée avant notre arrivée.
De plus, l'isolation laissait clairement à désirer.

Where to start , amazing location close to everything , quiet at night the facility had all you need to jump from one place to other and still to relax when needed , the staff are amazingly friendly and genuinely caring , they gave us priceless advices on everything , and finally the community , the guests each one I met has an exceptional soul and sense of adventure that only a place like emerald can attract , we ended up with more than just a cultural and artistic experience , we made true connection with so many people of different cultures , habits and goals , love all around …..

Well located, but noise meant very disrupted sleep
Pros:

Great location by Vondelpark and more affordable than most other places in the city

Cons:

Very loud people coming and going from hotel late at night. Front door slams incredibly loudly and we were directly above it, so got woken up each time. Could smell cigarette smoke and marajuana during the night.

Not good value for us. Some others might have better experiences there.

Cons:

The 47 steep steps up the narrow staircase to the room. Poor quality towels.

Room had an excellent location and also very easy with the remote lockers.

Room was quite hot especialy during the mornings. I understand the prices overall are high in the city but still i think the price is high taking in consideration no meals included or AC

It’s overpriced! EXTREMELY DIRTY! I would NEVER go back!!!

Cons:

It was very dirty, mold in the shower, an old cup with tea from previous guests behind the curtain, spots of some dirt on the walls. You could hear everything! Everything that went on outside and when the other guests did something. The rooms were small and the bathroom was covered in mold everywhere!!

A scam
Pros:

Les femmes de chambre faisaient bien leur travail.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix ridicule, l’état de la salle de bain, les soi disant produits de douche qui sont du savon pour les mains premier-prix.
L’insonorisation catastrophique, la cuvette de toilette cassée et l’impssibilite de s’asseoir dessus (puisqu’elle est à 10cm du mur)

The hotel needs probably some renovation, but it is located in a nice and quiet area. Comfortable beds and good shower.
Bring a sleep mask as the windows curtains might not block the light.
