Pros:

Perfect location close to the train station, the old town and the river. Great base for exploring the city and doing day trips. The single room (4th floor) was quiet, clean and thoughtfully designed with good layout and a lot of space, just as advertised on photos. Airconditioning was sufficient even during a heatwave. Appreciated the free chilled water & coffee supply at the reception desk. Breakfast had everything I needed. Friendly staff. The pizza next door is very good too :)
