Die Mitarbeiter 😍
Ich hatte zuerst in einem andern Hotel gebucht- das war unglaublich, aber wahr : ein Bordell. Auch bei booking.com . Ich bin um 20:30 ausgezogen.. und hab schnell ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Gottseidank waren die Mitarbeiter so freundlich, haben mir total geholfen!

Wenn man spät anreißt, ist es leider keine gute Option.
Cons:

Ich habe erst spät am Abend die Übernachtung gebucht. Dann habe ich leider keine Nachricht über die Nummer Schlüsselbox und den Code bekommen. Nach mehrmaligem anrufen bei der Hotline habe ich dann endlich jemand erreicht.
Den Schlüssel habe ich dann bekommen und einen falschen Code für die Tiefgarage. Dann gingen die Problem dort weiter. Leider gibt es im Umkreis absolut keine öffentlichen Parkplätze und man muss in die TG. Dann konnte ich endlich mein Zimmer ohne Fenster zum Öffnen beziehen.

Top Leistung zum fairen Preis
Pros:

Preis‑Leistung top. Das Zimmer war gepflegt, blitzsauber und von guter Grösse. Die sehr grosse Dachterrasse bietet angenehme Sitzgelegenheiten zum Verweilen. Der Self‑Check‑in hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Cons:

Keine Kritikpunkte – alles war wie beschrieben und dem Preis absolut entsprechend.
