After room upgrade from luxe room ( I think it was called) we got got the room on 3rd floor with terras, was much better with big terras and ventilator in the room.
In Luxe room was mold in shower, after showering (both rooms) shower water goes all over the bathroom, nothing to clean with so we just putted 2 towels to avoid floating bathroom. In bed was black hairs and shower head was with covered in chalk we notified the owner and received thanks for letting them know. While owner was not there when we went to reception employee replied to our issues with - it’s budget, 3 star hotel and we are in Switzerland, about the price she replied that its own fault we book through booking with 15% on top - like what else we expected, but the owner was interested to hear what they can improve when we met her.

Direkt am Bahnhof Belp. Da ich geschäftlich in Belp war, kam mir die Lage sehr entgegen. es war sauber, ruhig und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen.
Selfcheck-in war ein bisschen ein Hürdenlauf. Zum Glück war jemand vor Ort und hat mir sehr freundlich weitergeholfen.
Schöne und geräumige Zimmer, sauber, klimatisiertes Zimmer, sehr zentral, freundliches Personal beim Checkin.
Self-Checkin und -checkout ist gut und recht, leider hat das self-checkout nicht so funktioniert wie es sollte und die Hotline war nicht erreichbar. War etwas umständlich, hat dann aber in einer Weise doch noch geklappt.

Our room was spacious nice and clean with a kitchenette... just almost perfect 👌 👍 🙂
The receptionist was very friendly and polite... we felt very welcomed by her service.... 👍😍
It's just a pity that there wasn't any window to open in our room.
We couldn't be able to low down the heater... more than 22 degrees in d room it's a bit too hot to sleep deeply.
