Guests should kindly note that the property is a popular wedding venue, and as a result there may some noise disturbance in the evening. Nonsmoking hotel. Please note, the bedrooms with attached bathroom are located over four different buildings; the Main Building, Mill House and Jones Building. Please be aware that the rooms in the Main building are above the property's function suite and guests may experience some noise if a function is being held. Guests looking for a quiet stay should call the hotel to check which room they have been allocated. Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required. Please note that reservation of 5 or more rooms is considered a group reservation and group terms apply. These are available on request.

Wonderful Location, friendly and helpful service, comfortable bed and overall great quality/value
Rooms were as expected but could do with air conditioning as the tower fan struggled to cool the room efficiently and had to be left on all day to make any difference. The hotel in general was very pleasant and quirky. Would definitely book a future stay at this hotel and recommend it to others. Service at the bar and at breakfast was adequate but not overly attentive. All in all though, a very pleasant two night stay.

Perfect
The bed was amazing - fabulous mattress and pillow and duvet , so comfortable. Amazing venue with seating around the mill pond in the evening. Staff were really helpful.
Lovely setting
Staff - when approached as they provided a warm bottle of prosecco, no response, bottle replaced, but not apologie just pulled a face.
I was so polite about the issue, but staff at the bar did not deal with it correctly
Good location close to centre of Nailsworth which is a lovely little town with nice high street. Restaurant and bar had pretty outdoor space next to mill pond. Breakfast was good.
Next to main road so could be some noise if windows left open but had secondary glazing so couldn't hear if window was shut
The whole experience there was amazing, beautiful location, great food and staff were so nice. I would definitely love to come back and would recommend. There was also no supplement for bringing the dog which other hotels do charge.

Charming riverside location, tastefully renovated old mill with top quality fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable beds and tasteful furnishings. Interior had the charm of an old building with original flagstones/ windows etc and the various outdoor seating areas were very chic with a large lake at the centre of one! The staff were exceptionally friendly giving us a warm welcome so that you really did feel relaxed and "at home" straight away. Easy free parking via a tablet booking system in reception. Tasty breakfast. Fabulous place to stay! 👍
Our meal in the restaurant was spoiled because I think we were overlooked.. Delicious scallops starter but then a very long wait for mains which finally arrived scorching hot .... microwaved I think 🤔 The actual food was tasty with good quality ingredients nevertheless.

Room was clean but the bushes were over grown so couldn’t see a lot from the room.
