A gem in Praia
Pros:

Maria Júlia and Sr. Antonio were super welcoming! The breakfast and food in general delicious....really top!

Cons:

Not super clear that we had to reserve dinner at times but we just forgot to read the room policy. The rest all good...maybe just the lady receptionist who was temporary supporting the bar/restaurant could have been a bit friendlier with guest

Pros:

Molto accogliente, pulizia impeccabile, colazione davvero buona con tanti prodotti fatti in casa da Maria Júlia e il suo staff, inclusi succhi di frutta, torte e piatti della cucina capoverdiana

Cons:

L’acqua del frigo bar non è inclusa, il check in anticipato ha un costo elevato (€30). Non c’è l’ascensore.

Proche du centre ville et au calme, une équipe attentive et un très bon restaurant.

Un detail qui n'entache en rien notre séjour agreable : le couloir résonne quand les autres guests font du bruit.

om de andere dag worden de kamers gekuist.......... er was steeds een geur aanwezig op de kamer
geen koffie - of thee faciliteiten
badkamer produkten ......niet gezien
receptionist om vragen te stellen .....bijna nooit aanwezig

Fijne Hotel
Pros:

Het concept van het Hotel. Maria heeft je tips over het eiland. Ze is behulpzaam en het ontbijt was fantastisch. Het personeel was ook behulpzaam.

Cons:

This hotel would have so much potential, but unfortunately it fails in many fronts. The service is simply horrible. At arrival there was noone at the reception, we were struggling to find someone and we were treated like a nuisance - whatever we asked, we were told “to read the paper on the table”. Breakfast is disorganised, there is no menu, the staff is not really helping. On both nights there were very loud events well into the night in the restaurant which is right below the rooms. Guests leaving were shouting loudly on the street afterwards and noone cared. At checkout the staff was unfriendly. The owner should understand that this is not the way to operate a hotel for international guests. I don’t recommend to anyone the way it currently is.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Les repas au restaurant étaient incroyablement bons et savoureux. Maria Julia est une excellente cheffe cuisinière et très bienveillante envers ses clients. Merci à elle pour son accueil!!

Cons:

Fenêtres en simples vitrages d’où quelques nuisances la nuit du voisinage !
