El personal muy amable, la cercanía al aeropuerto
El precio muy alto sin incluir el desayuno, el colchón ya estaba muy usado y incomodo
Outside was pretty and lush.
Inside was worn and beat up especially the bathrooms (tile, flooring, countertops).

El transporte que ofrecen nunca llego a recogernos, después de 45 minutos tuvimos que pagar un Uber.
Muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

El trato fue muy amable y el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto en el momento que lo requería me permitió estar tranquila.
Location
My husband and I arrived with a 7mo baby at 9:00pm to do the check in. There was a horrible wait and line before us. I asked to please do the check in first for us since we had the baby and staff did not care, they said we had to wait for our turn. I totally understand and respect that other people were in front of us, but I also think that was heartless to have a baby waiting for an 1 hour and half.
You guys should have other policy for children and elderly. Shame of you!
Todo en general, muy amables todo el personal
Non è lontano dall'aeroporto (terminale 1), comodo il servizio della navetta da e per. Ottimi i Tacos Gobernador a cena (menu alla carta). Buona e abbondante la colazione. Personale cortese. Comodo il letto. Pulite stanze e luoghi comuni. Piccola ma presente una palestra.
Lunghissima coda per il check-in, arrivo alle 21 circa. Almeno 20 minuti di attesa. In piedi. Stanza molto rumorosa, da fuori si sente un continuo frastuono di un impianto. Tutta la notte. La chiave di accesso alla stanza funziona solo se si inserisce ed estrare con la tempistica giusta (né troppo veloce, né troppo lento). Nessuna spiegazione ricevuta. (anche se il personale è venuto personalmente a dare una mano). L'ascensore porta al piano, ma per arrivare alla mia camera (in fondo all'edificio B) si deve percorrere un tratto molto lungo di quasi 100 metri (pensavo di aver sbagliato). Il nuovo Terminal 2 (da dove parte aeromexico e che si trova dalla parte opposta) si raggiunge solo con un lungo e tortuoso tratto in navetta. Causa concomitante Mondiale di Calcio, prezzi alle stelle.
