Good location and convenient. Room is small which is typical for Japan city local hotels.
Pros:

Location is great if arriving from Kansai by Harruka Express at Umeda. Also so close to shopping malls.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had a view of 34 air conditioner fans. I guess someone has to have that room. Luckily we did not spend much time in the room but the view was depressing.

Beautiful new property, well designed, room was excellent. WiFi super fast (which is not always the case in Japan). Breakfast was amazing too.

Cons:

Digital check in process was poor and annoying. They should eliminate it and got back to normal check in.

There is no obvious drop-off and pick-up spot for Ubers. This was a little odd and the hotel should address on Google Maps and/or designate an area. Even staff was confused on the best practice.

Gym had no water, no towels, no tv. Subpar for a hotel of this quality. But the area itself was quite nice.

Pros:

location to Osaka Station. the hotel is part of a shopping centre and there is a food court in the basement level (food was great there), big windows in the rooms. complimentary coffee/tea and a nice lounge area which you could use instead of being in your room. washing machines, gym (well sized for a hotel gym). rooms were a good size, had a seperate toilet, hanging space, you can shut the door between the bathroom and bedroom which was nice, clean, they provided water daily and air con worked very well. hotel is new and lovely design.

Cons:

reception staff were the least helpful we have encountered. the self service check in (there are staff on hand to assist). the restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel, so you cannot charge to the room. the restaurant charges a 500pp fee to get a drink at the bar so that was a disappointing charge as a hotel guest. massage was very expensive and could not charge to the room. breakfast had a nice array of foods but average in quality and overpriced. no Lawsons/family mart close to the building.

Pros:

This was my 3th time staying in a hotel in Osaka, and it has been my favorite so far. Exceptionally clean and very nice hotel, professional and helpful staff. Very spacious especially for a central hotel in Japan, the location is perfect next to the trainstation however the area still felt very green, relaxing and quiet for its central location. It's nice to sit in the park next to the hotel in the evenings. Lot's of various foodoptions around the hotel.

If you want a well connected Osaka experience, come here
Pros:

This hotel is well connected and very comfortable in terms of amenities and overall feel. The breakfast bar is superb, the bed was so comfy and don't get me even started about their pillows. We had a great view of the city and we would come back anytime!

Cons:

The bathroom in our room felt a bit odd, almost like in a camper van, but nothing too dramatic. We wore our hotel robes to breakfast everyday similarly to what we did in all 3 other hotel in japan, once it was okay, once the staff asked us to get changed, again nothing dramatic. The staff at the breakfast reminded us 3 separate occasions that the buffet is about to close in 15, 10 and then 5 minutes, once would be enough, we felt a bit rushed but other than that it was superb!
