A great stay in a modern, comfortable hotel with a fantastic location
Pros:

I had a great stay. The hotel is modern, comfortable and very well located, with easy access to Osaka Station and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable and everything was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka!

Cons:

A simple map showing how to get to and from the airport limousine bus stops would be very helpful, but it’s a very minor point.

スタッフの方がとても親切で良かったです。分からないことにも丁寧に教えてくださって、嬉しかったです。

Cons:

レストランがウェディングで貸しきりでした。近くに食事の出きるところがたくさんあったのですが、疲れていて出かけるのが少し億劫でした。

Melhor estadia da vida!
Pros:

Simplesmente inesquecível! Funcionários extremamente educados, prestativos e eficientes! Café da manhã imperdível! Incrível diversidade de opções e todas com ingredientes maravilhosos. No café tem uma barista que faz o café do jeito que você gosta e com um capricho ímpar. Localização excelente e limpeza impecável.

The interior design. Bath and toilet is separate and connected to mall and train station by bridge.

Todella siisti ja tyylikäs hotelli. Yhdessä kerroksessa oli asiakkaille mm. lounge-tila ja pyykinpesukoneet.

Cons:

Hotellia oli alkuun vaikea löytää, mutta hotellin verkkosivuilla on onneksi ohjeita saapumiseen. Osakan rautatieasemalta tai Umekita underground exitin kautta kulkiessa kannattaa alkuun seurata Grand Green -kylttejä. Huomiona, että hotellin vastaanotto sijaitsee 5.kerroksessa, johon pääsee hissillä ainakin 1. ja 2. kerroksesta.

Pros:

El hotel está al lado de la estación de Osaka, y con un túnel directo que lo comunica sin salir a la calle, fue algo práctico a la llegada porque estaba lloviendo. Muy cómodo también el acceso al tren "limited express" al aeropuerto, solo tienes que caminar 3 minutos bajar a la estación y luego directamente al andén 21 desde donde sale el tren. La habitación era grande aunque la distribución no era la mejor, por ejemplo no tenia ningún armario ni cajones, solo unas perchas lo cual no era muy cómodo para una estancia de tres días. Como en todos los hoteles japoneses en que nos alojamos las camas en las habitaciones con 2 camas separadas eran muy anchas, a diferencia de lo que ocurre en otros países dondes las camas en ese tipo de habitaciones suelen ser muy estrechas. El buffet del desayuno era excelente, aunque un poco caro. Un punto añadido es que tenían una amplia biblioteca con libros sobre Japón para consultar, algunos en inglés.

Cons:

Todo bien, excepto los puntos mencionados. Además, no hicieron limpieza ningún dia porque solo lo hacían "cada 3 días" lo único que podías pedir era que te dejaran en la puerta toallas nuevas, ni siquiera te retiraban la basura, lo cual me pareció exagerado para un hotel de esa categoría.
