Posto rilassante, staff cordiale e attento. Stanze pulite e spaziose, sulla spiaggia.

Esterno delle cabine e sedute in legno rovinate e non mantenute in buone condizioni.
Ridotta scelta per cibo, brocche con acqua potabile lasciate in camera sporche con segni di dita.
Asciugamani per piscina rovinati e non sempre disponibili. Per il resto un buon servizio e una buona esperienza.
La gentilezza e l'attenzione del personale verso i clienti è fantastica. Tutto molto comodo, di fronte alla spiaggia con lettini a disposizione. Inoltre il cibo è ottimo, segnalo la colazione, molto abbondante e di altissima qualità-

Great spot for a beach getaway
The noise from the property next door was disturbing.
Breakfast was exceptional and the Staff oh my very professional. They made my stay one to remember even though it was for just 1 day. I'd definitely revisit anytime I'm in Diani

The hotel is beautiful, with a stunning location and a lovely setting. The views are amazing, and the property itself is very well maintained
I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. On the morning I reported that my necklace had disappeared, I immediately spoke to the reception. Instead of receiving clear information, I was given different and contradictory explanations for several hours. First, I was told that the person responsible for the CCTV system was not available and that the cameras did not cover the area. Later, I was told that the cameras did cover the area but that I was not allowed to view the footage. I spent from around 8:00 a.m. until nearly 11:00 a.m., just before my departure, trying to understand what had happened.
I was then advised to report the matter to the police, who would later review the CCTV with the hotel. I went to the police before leaving. However, after I had already left and contacted the hotel by email, I received yet another explanation saying that the cameras around the massage area, restaurant, and swimming pool had actually been offline due to Wi-Fi maintenance.
The missing item was a solid gold necklace worth approximately $770. More importantly, it had great sentimental value to me. What upset me the most was not only losing such a valuable and meaningful piece of jewelry, but also receiving different explanations throughout the process. The hotel’s Wi-Fi was working during my stay, including in that area, so the final explanation only left me with more questions.
I would have appreciated honesty, transparency, and consistent communication from the beginning. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay. I sincerely hope the hotel improves the way situations like this are handled in the future so that other guests do not go through the same experience.
