Pros:

L’emplacement dans le vieux quartier de Hanoï

Cons:

L’état général de l’établissement, dans ma chambre la Clim ne fonctionnait pas, elle était très bruyante mais en aucun cas rafraîchissante, la porte fenêtre du micro balcon et une fenêtre ne fermaient pas, les stores enroulant des fenêtres ne fonctionnaient pas, traces de moisissures au plafond et odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, mauvaise insonorisation. Très mauvaise literie avec matelas à ressorts usagés…..
Je ne parlerais pas du petit déjeuner puisque ce qui était proposé ne mérite pas le terme de « petit déjeuner »
Type d’établissement qui fait regretter d’avoir réservé pour 5 nuits, puisque vu les conditions nous avons dû chercher un autre logement pour la fin de notre séjour.
Aucune discussion possible puisque nous n’avons pas eu la possibilité de rencontrer un responsable….

L’emplacement central

Cons:

Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, literie de très mauvaise qualité, vieux matelas à ressorts. Pas de prise en charge de la direction, nuitée encaissée malgré notre départ de l’hôtel.

Vị trí gần trung tâm phố cổ, đi lại tiện lợi, nhân viên nhiệt tình

Cons:

Phòng không giống trên ảnh lắm, diện tích hơi bé, điều hoà cũ và đôi khi không được mát, chăn gối bị ẩm và cả nhà mình nằm đều bị ngứa.

Tout, l'ambiance les lieux, la proximité de la vieille ville.
Le petit déjeuner inclus et varie, la chambre top spacieuse et bien équipée, salle de bain niquel douche top, le lit très bien.
L'accueil et le personnel ils sont tous super.

Loved the Hotel Graceful
Pros:

The location was perfect in the Old Quarter, close to plenty of restaurants, attractions, and transportation. The staff are friendly and staying here is supporting a local family run business. You do get the typical Hanoi traffic noise in the morning, but sitting on the balcony with a drink in the evening tops off a Hanoi day.

I would highly recommend this property. Lovely staff and hotel.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious for such central location. We were up graded on arrival - my room had a lovely balcony with tub.

Cons:

I can’t fault this property.

Pros:

The hotel room was very comfortable, clean and had good facilities. Everything was in working order. The breakfast also was tasty and had enough variety. Staff was extremely friendly and competent in English. Room had a balcony but didn't use it because it was facing the main street.

De eerste avond sliepen we achteraan en waren er werken aan de gang. We hebben dit gemeld en andere kamer gekregen.

Está muy bien ubicado, a menos de 10 minutos caminando de las principales atracciones. El desayuno estaba muy rico y la manager me ayudó mucho reservando los tours que quería hacer con muy buenas agencias

Cons:

Si bien la habitación es fiel a las fotografías y estaba todo muy limpio, el hotel es algo viejo. Lo que sí, tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente que no pudimos resolver, afortunadamente no fue tan problemático dado el calor qué hizo

Pros:

1) Nice Breakfat
2) Very good location.

Cons:

1) Booked superior double room but it was very small without window. I had to change for bigger room with window paying higher amount.
2) Worst point was that they didn't want to show room unless I pay One day amount

Całkiem przyjemny hotel
Pros:

Hotel znajduje się w samym sercu Hanoi,lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, śniadania w stylu azjatyckim ale z pewnością każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Mimo że hotel znajduje się w centrum miasta w nocy jest cicho i spokojnie.
Personel jest bardzo miły,pomocny i uprzejmy.Pani Ha menadżer hotelu jest bardzo miłą osobą i pomogła mi załatwić wszystko o co prosiłam zanim przyjechałam do Hanoi,za co serdecznie dziękuję.
Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane i jest czysto.
