Pros:

El personal de la recepción siempre fue atenta y educada, estaban pendientes del ingreso al edificio e información sobre la ciudad.

El hospedaje está cerca del casco viejo y de las paradas de metro bus.

Siempre hay policías en los alrededores.

O apartamento é muito espaçoso, confortável, com móveis novos e tudo em ordem.

Cons:

Localização está no limite do centro com uma área mais 'perigosa', mas tudo tranquilo. Acho que só uma vez não encontramos policiais na porta. Outro ponto estranho também é que a janela do quarto da para o corredor do prédio e não pera a rua. Então mantivemos ela fechada o tempo todo.

Sehr geräumiges, modern eingerichtetes Appartement. Bequeme Betten, Küche gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Es gab zwar einen großen amerikanischen Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel -Spender, aber der Wassertank war leer. Nach einer langen Anreise kein Trinkwasser zu haben, war nicht so praktisch! Außerdem hatte das Personal an der Rezeption keinerlei Informationen/Befugnisse bei Fragen zum Aufenthalt. Sie sind nur für die Aufnahme der Daten zuständig. Alles andere muss per WhatsApp mit dem Besitzer der Wohnung geklärt werden.

cercanía del centro y confort del lugar con lavarropas, lavavajillas y con provisión de detergentes, aceite y demás cosas básicas para cocinar

Lovely Apartment, but Disappointing Location
Pros:

The apartment itself was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. Very clean and well-kept. The rooftop pool was a nice feature. The staff at the front desk were also very helpful and kind.

Cons:

My main disappointment was with the location, which did not feel as advertised. While it was only a few blocks from a more vibrant and established area, the immediate surroundings felt quite isolated and uncomfortable, particularly when walking alone at night—and, at times, even during the day. Significant construction directly outside the entrance also contributed to an unpleasant atmosphere. Ultimately, as a solo traveller, I did not feel sufficiently comfortable staying there and decided to move to another hotel after one night, despite losing the cost of the remaining nights due to the property's strict cancellation policy. The apartment may be a good option for larger groups, but based on my experience, I would not recommend it for solo travellers or those who place a high priority on feeling comfortable and secure in the surrounding neighborhood.

The staff was very helpful and responsive. Good value for the money.
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Spacious double suite with two bedrooms and lots of kitchen stuff. Very helpful staff . The fancy restaurant at the bottom is a little bit noisy, but the food is delicious. Highly recommend going to the restaurant.

Cons:

The place is at the very end of the touristic area and near some areas that are less touristy , but we always felt safe

I do not recommend this neighborhood, felt unsafe with family.

Right beside a ghetto neighborhood, very noisy, we couldn't sleep . No towels in kitchen , the coffee machine was for a single cup. Missing supplies in general.
