Fantastisch verblijf & vriendelijk personeel die goeie tips geeft omtrent excursies en hiking tours. Heel ruim, gezellig terras en centraal gelegen. Het zwembad is een pluspunt. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt.
Gelegen vlak naast één van de beste restaurants in Ponta Delgada.

Clean, spacious, welcoming property with nice breakfast buffet. So-so parking garage.
Pros:

Room was spacious and well-appointed, hotel property was nice, breakfast buffet excellent, staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Indoor parking garage spaces were VERY tight. It took multiple passes just to enter the garage, and also to park or get back out. We ended up using a nearby pay lot for several of the nights. If you do plan to park in the hotel garage, rent the smallest car that otherwise meets your needs.

Amazing Stay
Pros:

The location was great. There was always free indoor parking at the facility. The staff was great and the breakfast was complete with sweet and savory options including eggs, yoghurt, fruit, croissants. The coffee machine provided different cappuccino and different types of coffee. The sink in the kitchen was a big plus. The beds were very comfortable. There is a beautiful pool but the weather did not permit.

A small paradise
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and had fine amenities, a nice view, a bit covered by a new building being built across the street. The staff was extremely helpful, trying to meet al our demands, breakfast was rich, including a bit of everything for different tastes and preferences, from cooked food to pastries and fruit. Well situated within walkable distance from the ocean or downtown. We felt great and luxurious without breaking the bank. We will definitely return.

Cons:

Personally I like softer pillows and the hotel's were kind of rubbery and hard.

Schöne Anlage jedoch für den Service etwas preisintensiv.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren geräumig, das Frühstücksbuffet ansprechend und die Lage in Ordnung.

Cons:

Es fehlen Aufhängemöglichkeiten in der Unterkunft. Der Spa Bereich macht einen unfertigen Eindruck. Das Personal müsste in sämtlichen Bereichen nachgeschult werden, denn Reinigung, Spa Vorbereitung und Rezeptionsservice waren teilweise mangelhaft.

Spa-Bereich ist schön und gepflegt.
Garagen sind tip top, etwas eng für europäische Verhältnisse, aber wer nicht ein riesiges Mietauto hat, wird keine Probleme haben.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Ist aber völlig ok!
