Sehr schönes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war zur Straße, daher hörte man den Verkehr auch in der Nacht sehr laut. Zudem waren die Sanitäranlagen (WC Spülung, Dusche etc) auch in der Nacht von den Zimmern oberhalb sehr laut zu hören.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Zimmer Modern einfach eingerichtet. Küche nicht benutzt, Couch als Schlafbereich benutzt da zu dritt angereist

Wir hatten Zimmer 302 kann ich nicht empfehlen.
Das Zimmer war zur Straßenseite raus- Baustelle genau gegenüber leider von morgens bis Abends in der Woche Lärm. Doch das schlimmste war wenn jemand aus einem anderem Zimmer geduscht hat war das sooooo laut, man hat gedacht es war neben einem. Obwohl der Fahrstuhl neben uns war.
Das Problem lag daran , daß das Duschen manchmal morgens um 6:30 war wo wir noch geschlafen haben. Es war wirklich sehr unangenehm deshalb auch nur 5 Punkte.
Wegen dem Lärm der Baustelle und dem extrem lauten Duschgetäuschen.
Zu dritt ist das Zimmer zu klein wenn man die Schlafcouch mit benutzt:-(

Bien situado, moderno y limpio pero caro por los inconvenientes descritos.
Pros:

Está a unos 10 minutos del centro. Es nuevo, limpio y moderno. La cama es muy cómoda y el sofá cama bien.
El desayuno es de calidad.

Cons:

No hay plazas de parking para todos. Puede que llegues algún día y no puedas aparcar. La piscina es exterior y dadas las temperaturas entre 18 a 22 grados y algunos días lluvia debería ser interior o al menos el agua climatizada. El spa te dan un ticket de 59 minutos para un día pero el agua del jacuzzi estaba a 39,5 grados y quema y no te puedes meter y nos dijeron que no se puede bajar.
Están haciendo un edificio enfrente y a las 8 ya hacen mucho ruido.

Ottima struttura per i servizi offerti (cortesia, colazione, parcheggio, piscina, spa), posizione.
Pros:

Ottima colazione, cibi di ogni genere. Ottima posizione rispetto al centro città e alle strade principali. Disponibilità di parcheggio coperto e chiuso. Buona pulizia di tutti gli spazi. Personale disponibile e cortese. Servizi per gli ospiti: piscina e spa, che per il clima variabile delle Azzorre sono una valida alternativa.

Totalmente recomendado
Pros:

Excelente apartamento em edifício novo. Fiquei num T1 espaçoso que recomendo. Bom pequeno almoço. A possibilidade de reservar o jacuzzi e a sauna em exclusivo é uma grande mais valia. Acesso fácil a pé ao centro da cidade. Um dia que volte a ponta delgada é aqui que vou ficar.

Prachtig hotel, goede praktische lokatie.

Pros:

- bardzo duże i komfortowe pokoje: mieliśmy okazję być w dwóch różnych pokojach (ze względu na dwie osobne rezerwacje), oba były bardzo przestronne z wydzieloną częścią sypialną, aneks kuchenny z bogatym wyposażeniem był dodatkowym udogodnieniem;
- miły i bardzo pomocny personel: pani z recepcji pomogła nam w trudnej sytuacji, gdy nasz lot został odwołany i potrzebowaliśmy nagle kolejnego noclegu;
- korzystna lokalizacja w centrum stolicy: kawałek od głównych uliczek, zaraz obok portu;
- dobre śniadanie: bez fajerwerków i wymyślnych potraw, ale na pewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie na ciepło i zimno;
- kameralny basen: nie korzystaliśmy, ale strefa dookoła basenu wyglądała na przyjemne miejsce do relaksu.
