Might get a little loud on weekends but a really nice little hotel
Como siempre, una de las grandes ventajas del hotel es su excelente ubicación. Está tan céntrico que prácticamente no necesitas sacar el carro para nada. El personal es muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones se mantienen muy limpias y los desayunos son deliciosos.
En esta ocasión nos asignaron habitaciones que colindan con el skate park y el ruido del parque se escucha muchísimo dentro de ellas. El año pasado también nos hospedamos en este hotel, pero en habitaciones ubicadas del lado contrario, y no tuvimos este problema.
Entendemos que el skate park es un espacio público y que lo que sucede ahí no depende directamente del hotel. Sin embargo, esta vez sí afectó bastante nuestro descanso. Ese día nos habíamos levantado a las 3:00 a. m. por la Maratón de Tamarindo y queríamos descansar alrededor de las 10:30-11:00 a. m., pero había un grupo de muchachos en el parque con un parlante a todo volumen, tomando licor y aparentemente consumiendo drogas.
Le pedimos al guarda del hotel que nos ayudara llamando a la policía, pero lamentablemente no recibimos apoyo. Al final tuvimos que salir nosotros mismos a hablar con ellos y, por dicha, logramos llegar a un acuerdo para que se trasladaran a otro lugar y así poder dormir.
Creo que el hotel debería valorar alguna medida para reducir el impacto del ruido en las habitaciones que dan hacia el parque y, sobre todo, contar con un protocolo para apoyar a los huéspedes cuando se presentan situaciones de este tipo.
The location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice. We loved the pool. They helped link us to a driver who was fantastic.

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, alles sehr sauber und angenehm. Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Kosmetikartikel und viele Handtücher vorhanden, Pool sauber und schön kühl. Das Frühstück wird sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und serviert, Kaffee und Wasser stets verfügbar. Die Lage ist perfekt, um im Städtchen bummeln und essen zu gehen, der Strand ist nah, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist bewacht und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles perfekt!

We stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved it. This accommodation is a hidden gem, located very close to the main strip of Tamarindo and the beautiful beaches.
The swimming pool was fantastic, and the manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the service was excellent.
The breakfast was delicious, with everything from fresh omelettes, scrambled eggs and bacon to a traditional Costa Rican breakfast. There were also fresh smoothies and fruit each morning.
We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return. Gracias for a wonderful stay!

The staff is nice and friendly.
The room has a high window without a curtain. A lot of light gets in the room in the morning, so it wakes you up early in the morning if you are trying to sleep late.
The hotel doesn't really have private parking even though it is advertised. There are only 5 spots (for much more than 5 rooms), and the spots are not reserved. So if you are lucky there is a free spot if not you need to find street parking.
