Cons:

The team is not nice or helpful, we’ve been mislead about one of the rooms and instead taking accountability- they took more money and required upgrade. Most of the team don’t speak English.

Perfect hotel when you want to stay in Shibuya
Pros:

Renovation is very modern and hotel design is super good. With such a location, the room size is very good. We can see Tokyo Tower from our window which is definitely a plus
