Would stay here again, excellent.
Pros:

Brilliant location right above station. Staff very helpful. Rooms small but very well equipped and all we needed.

Good location, very nice and modern rooms. The restaurants on the lower floors are a big plus.

Shibuya is everything they say it is
Pros:

The location is great in terms of the city overall - you're close to metro, close to restaurants and shops. It's convenient.
The interior looks nice, modern, the room has everything you need (good to see both shower and bathtub). Staff speaks great English, and is ready to help you out. Nice small details in everything - chargers are available, smoking room, free drinks, comfy lobby. It's a good hotel, really.

Cons:

However, the location in terms of comfort is not that great - it's a bit hectic to fight through crowds every time to get back to hotel, and at night there were people below playing football and screaming every single day. For us as somewhat young adults it's alright, but for older generation it would be a rough time.

Perfect Location
Pros:

Location is great, perfect to go to Shibuya subway or the JR Yamanote line. The room is typical size for Tokyo but modern and clean. They also have smart tv which you can watch using your Netflix account. Recommended!

Cons:

Not enough storage space or shelves. Bathroom is missing towel racks too.
Big concern: air conditioning seems to turn off during the night and sometimes during the day if the door is not opened. You should inform the guests of how it works. Waking up sweating at night was the only negative in an otherwise good experience.

Great room - loved th 4 separate beds for my family.
Pros:

GREAT location. Right in the middle of everything. Tons of restaurants right down stairs.

Cons:

The laundry machines take FOREVER to dry. Don’t bother using them unless you want to spend 3 hours doing a load of laundry.

Amazing view and location
Pros:

I recently stayed at The Stream Hotel Shibuya as a solo traveler, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. If your priority is being in the heart of the action, you cannot beat this location.
The Highlights
Unbeatable Location: You are literally in the center of everything. Having Shibuya Station right in the lower floors of the building is a total game-changer. It makes navigating the city incredibly easy and saves so much time getting to and from major attractions.
Convenience: You are steps away from countless malls, restaurants, and the most iconic spots in Shibuya. Being able to pop back to the room easily between shopping or sightseeing was a huge plus.
The View: The views from the room are spectacular. It’s a great way to take in the energy of Tokyo, especially at night.

Cons:

While the stay was great, there were a couple of minor disappointments considering the premium price point:
Fitness Facilities: The gym is quite small and felt a bit dated/lacked innovative equipment. If you are someone who prioritizes a high-end workout routine while traveling, you might find it a bit underwhelming.
Room Storage: There is no proper closet space, which makes storing larger suitcases a bit of a challenge. It’s manageable for a solo traveler, but something to keep in mind if you are traveling with a lot of luggage.
