Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Lovely hot water. There's a great place for breakfast/lunch around the corner cafe 47. The tram and bus are really close. Wasn't sure what we would get for the price we paid.

Cons:

Tiny rooms. No hangers or anywhere to hang anything. Everything run off of extension leads. Couldn't get hold of the person to check in or out?

The room was far too small 😒🙈🙉
No hot water on Saturday morning 😱😓😰😡
No shelves in the bathroom or hangers & the mirror was broken 😬
Kitchen utensils were poor☹️
There was NO toilet rolls in the bathroom when we got there☹️
The TV was very small so it strained your eyes👀 😟 plus Dogs Barking 🐕 in next doors yard 🙁☹️😖🙉🙉🙉

Cons:

Everything really I would NOT recommend 😕 😐 😒 😪 😔 😑 😕 this Hotel 🏨 to anyone really it is very Poor 🫩😕😟🙁☹️😮😯😲😳🥺😳😢😢😢👎👎👎👎

I had a single room the problem was when I needed the toilet I had to put 1 leg in the bath so I could just sit on the toilet

Pros:

Het was ruimer dan verwacht.
Goede ligging vlakbij het strand.
Goede parkeermogelijkheden.

Cons:

De warmte bleef heel hard hangen in het appartement. Er was wel een ventilator maar de warmte kon niet weg en dus bleef het heel warm.
De vloeren zouden properder mogen zijn.

Worth a booking.
Pros:

One can see that the management has made an effort to provide a good experience. The family is lovely and helpful. The fridge in the room is a plus and allows for long stays. Close to the cliffs, the tram and bus line 3 into town. Convenience stores close. I slept moderately well with earplugs.

Cons:

Nothing to report.

Unpleasant
Pros:

In the room, TV doesn't work, WiFi doesn't work, it's not real parking it's just street where anybody can left car. We booked family room for 5 people, we had just 3 cups only. No tea or sugar. It's very far from the centre, around 40 min by walking to North Pier. No any shops around

False information about location and hotel, lie about early chick in. I contacted owner,asked about early check in, he confirmed that we could check in at 2 p.m. but when we arrived at 3 p.m. he pretended that he is not the owner and not allowed us to check in, I have 3 young kids and we waited under the sun close to hotel all hour. He started lie that room was not ready, didn't send any messages prior that let us aware. Was very stressful and very disappointed, especially that he was a owner but play silly games pretending he is not

nice little break.....
Pros:

the room was nice & cosy after travelling all day had fridge, microwave & everything need to cook & relax...
will definitely stay again....

Cons:

couldn't figure out how to connect to WiFi on tv after travelling all day will figure it out next time..
