Hotel op uitstekende lokatie maar kamers supergehorig

De lokatie en gratis parkeren

De ontvangst door de zogenaamde generaal manager was vorig jaar niet best maar nu wederom niet. Deze man weet werkelijk niet wat klantenservice is!En als je iets vraagt krijg je korte antwoorden, er wordt niet gevraagd of alles naar wens was etc.Hij staart de hele dag naar zijn computer en thats it.Vreselijk onsympathieke man waar andere gasten ook over klaagden. DE rest van het personeel prima! Wat op de site niet was aangegeven was dat ze bezig waren het parkeerdek opnieuw te bestraten wat ontzettende geluidsoverlast gaf en hierdoor bijna alle doorgangen waren afgesloten. Je moest zoeken naar de uitgang.Ontbijt ok maar heel erg eenvoudig.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal pontile. Pulita e lo staff disponibile.

Cons:

La stanza è piccolina e la porta non si chiude benissimo, rimane una fessura aperta.
Colazione poco fornita.

La actitud del personal terrible. En 3 noches nunca hicieron limpieza y al preguntar al respecto, la respuesta fue que tenía que haberlo pedido al momento del check in, cosa que nunca informaron. El desayuno pésimo, pobre, escaso, limitado y malo.

Buon prezzo ma si può trovar di meglio

Struttura ben posizionata, a prima apparenza molto in ordine e pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e i letti sono anche comodi. Climatizzatore rumoroso ma sopportabile. Dopo la prima notte non è stato eseguito il servizio in camera e ci siamo trovati la stanza così come l’abbiamo lasciata e rientrando tardi ormai non si poteva rimediare. Grosso problema di formiche in camera nella stanza al piano terra, abbiamo trovato formiche anche nelle lenzuola.

Cons:

Formiche in tutta la stanza, non è stato effettuato il room service e cambio asciugamani. Per due notti si può portar pazienza ma per più giorni diventa insostenibile

Overall, it was a good stay for the price we paid for.
Pros:

It was proximal to Redondo Beach Pier. The place is newly refurbished. The rooms were clean and tidy as pictured.

Cons:

The water pressure was not great and the water can be too hot it was hard to regulate to a good temperature. Also, as its just been refurbished there are still some unused tiles kept outside of our room not that it was problem though.

Pros:

Quiet, clean and safe- with a spacious room in soft o Ean blues and white; vinyl floors; and comfy bed. And the window opens for that nice sea breeze! USB and accessible wall plugs, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. 3 short blocks to the sand (5min) and an equal amount along the beach path to the pier.

Bardzo klimatyczny hotel, dobra lokalizacja, do plaży spacerek 3 min. Na przeciwko sklepik. Bardzo bezpiecznie. Tuż przy plaży deptak, molo z restauracjami.

Chambre très petite (pas de place pour mettre les valises), bruyante avec vue sur la route
Salle de bains pas très propre: de nombreuses traces suspectes autour des toilettes.
Alèse du lit avec des traces sèches de sang 🤮
