My stay there sucked and I recommend finding somewhere else.
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

No AC and wasn't close to anything and staff was rude. Was above a bar or restaurant and the staff were outside smoking and making noise until the middle of the night. Needed to open window cause it was so hot and stuffy. Couldn't dry off after a shower and would wake up all wet due to humidity. Told staff and they were very rude and they were always out front smoking and not at front desk.

Im Großen und Ganzen ok. Ausnahme LKW-Lärm.
Pros:

Die verkehrstechnische Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Es gibt in Tiefgarage ausreichend Parkplätze.

Cons:

Die Lage des Zimmers mit Ostausrichtung. Direkt daneben ist großer Lidl Markt bei dem werktags ab 5 Uhr morgens große LKW's mit laufendem Motor Waren anlieferten. Das ergab eine massive Ruhestörung beim Schlafen.
Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage.

Bez zamerki...lokacija odlična ako želite smestaj u mirnom i lepom kraju a ipak dovoljno blizu da brzo stignete u centar zbivanja!!!

Bis auf die störenden Geräusche war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag über einer Kühlanlage/Wärmepumpe? Diese war die ganze Zeit in Betrieb und deutlich im Zimmer zu hören.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel alles in Allem schlecht

Das Zimmer war geräumig.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz war erst auf Nachfrage möglich da das Parkhaus nur eine Einfahrthöhe von 1,80m hat. Unter dem Bett waren noch Ohrstöpsel vom Vorgänger. Zum Frühstück war an beiden Tagen die Spiegeleier und Rühreier kalt (trotz Beschwerde) , rohen Schinken gab es auch nicht zum Frühstück, auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt das genügend Schinken da wäre. Obst gab es am Sonntag auch nur auf Nachfrage, es wurde dann ganz einfach Obstsalate auf den Tischen in kleinen Schalen verteilt. Am Ende wurde uns dann noch am Sonntagmorgen von der Rezeption zugerufen das eine Havarie im Wassersystem vorhanden ist und das Duschen untersagt ist. Vielleicht lädt man uns noch ein zweites Mal ein um zu zeigen das diese Mängel abgestellt sind.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Abendessen war immer sehr gut!
Das Servicepersonal war top!
Die Stadtmitte ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Sehr gute Ausgangslage zum wandern.
Sehr schöner Aufenthaltsbereich hinter dem Hotel außen offen oder halbüberdacht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entsprach nicht der insgesamt wirklich guten Qualität des Hotels. Es gab kein Brot. Wurst und Käse waren von einfacher Qualitität.
Die Karte zum öffnen der Zimmertüre hat mehrfach nicht funktioniert. Man musste dann runter zur Rezeption die sie neu einstellte.
Das die Toilettenanlage am 2. Abend und am Abreisetag morgens im EG um 12 Uhr !!! einfach nur dreckig war.
Der Saunabereich war um nach 17 Uhr noch kalt.
Am 2. Morgen wurde wir um 5:45 Uhr durch das entladen des Lidl LKW´s wach.
