Es muy cómodo y espacioso.

Cons:

La mala comunicación con el alojamiento. Parece que contestara una máquina y finalmente después de tanto insistir nos ayudaron.

Pros:

Comfortable rooms in a good location, very convenient to the metro and Bilhao market. It worked well for our group of friends, we had three rooms in the small guesthouse.

Cons:

There is virtually no noise insulation between the stairwell and the rooms, so it was disruptive when other guests came back late. There is no pool -- it looks like it was very recently filled in with dirt and plants.

Bonita habitación en el centro de la ciudad.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena para moverte andando por el centro y para llegar desde el aeropuerto una parada de metro al lado.
La decoración de la habitación es nueva y bonita.

Cons:

Que no hay personal para atenderte en persona y cuando contactas por escrito no atienden las peticiones.
Algunos defectos de la habitación quedaron sin resolver durante la estancia.

Chambre spacieuse et magnifiquement décorée au cœur de Porto
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse, ravissante et confortable. Salle de bain immense et propreté impeccable. Situation géographique parfaite, à côté du marché de Bolhao.

Cons:

Seul bémol: mauvaise insonorisation, comme dans beaucoup de bâtiments anciens, faisant qu'on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs.

We have stayed here before and loved it. However we had a room at the back upstairs. This time we were in Room 1 which is on the ground floor at the front of the house. This particular room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked and the bathroom was fine. However it was not good for a number of reasons…..

Cons:

The room (1) is on the ground floor at the front of the building. It had no privacy as was overlooked so the only windows had to have the shutters closed all day so no daylight. In addition it had no balcony area, no view and suffered for traffic noise all the time due to the road junction outside. We had a problem with the tap in the bathroom which was reported and not fixed and the promised daily service of the room to empty the bin and top up the coffee and tea did not occur even once on our 4 day stay. Very disappointed this time and as a result won’t stay here again. You should give the option of choosing which room you can choose in future and room 1 should be advertised correctly and at a lower price as a result.

Pros:

We loved the Alegria Guesthouse. It is a lovely little tiled heritage building in the old town about 10 minutes walk from the river and just around the corner from all the main streets- but it was quiet and peaceful.
The room was great - a large space with a kitchenette, which we weren't expecting, with frig, kettle, cutlery and crockery and a little dining table and chairs.
The large windows have an expansive view over Porto - west for the sunset. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern.

There is also a shared kitchen and dining room on the first floor opening onto the back.garden. We were sad to see that the little pool in the back garden has been filled in but I think.it was only decorative and too small.to swim in anyway.
There's a supermarket just around the corner at the bottom of a large shopping complex and a couple of good little cafes just 3 minutes walk away.
We were on the top floor floor and we did have to walk up the stairs but they were easy stairs- wide and not very steep. We didnt find it a problem.

Un soggiorno confortevole in un ambiente curato e accogliente
Pros:

Camera molto spaziosa, arredata con gusto e dall’atmosfera accogliente, dotata di quasi tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La struttura è davvero piacevole dal punto di vista estetico; ho apprezzato particolarmente la presenza, al piano terra, di un piccolo salottino comune e di un grazioso giardino, entrambi molto curati e invitanti. Anche le decorazioni contribuiscono a creare un ambiente caldo e piacevole. Il servizio clienti è stato rapido nelle risposte e sempre molto gentile.

Cons:

In bagno erano presenti due dispenser sul lavandino, ma non mi è stato chiaro se uno dei due contenesse shampoo. A mio parere, la presenza di uno shampoo dedicato sarebbe un servizio utile e apprezzato. Inoltre, avremmo gradito la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out, opzione purtroppo non disponibile. Considerando gli spazi comuni presenti, credo che si potrebbe facilmente predisporre un’area con armadietti chiudibili a chiave, come ho visto in diverse altre strutture in Portogallo.

Service un peu compliqué
Pros:

Très bien placé , sous les combles mais climatisation qui fonctionne bien donc top ! Vue sur un petit jardin très agréable .

Cons:

Pas de papier toilettes en arrivant, une seule serviette pour deux personnes … le personnel a réagit mais loin de le faire rapidement … un peu limite …
