I liked that we didn't see the owner of the accommodation.

Cons:

Depozit 150€ before we go there. Insane! The owner of the accommodation was so annoying. He sent me 13 emails asking me to leave him my credit card number and CVC number so he could withdraw €150 from my account. If that's normal then I apologize for the comment.

Friendly and helpful staff looking after the guests in a clean very well kept hotel in a great quite location.

No kettle in the room, which is an absolutely minor inconvenience.

Pros:

El departamento estaba muy bien equipado y ubicado.

Cons:

Es un subterráneo (piso -1) y no se pueden abrir las ventanas por lo que la ventilación no es la mejor. La comunicación con Mario fue un poco difícil. El cobro por guardar las maletas post checkout es un poco excesivo.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, à proximité des transports en commun.

Cons:

Studio au sous-sol, difficile d'aérer, température trop élevée.
Caution de 150 Euros débitée de manière "préventive" et restituée quelques jours après le séjour seulement. Nécessite de communiquer ses coordonnées bancaires au loueur.

Adequada.
Pros:

Apartamento bonito, moderno, com piso aquecido. Fácil de entrar mediante uso do código, sem risco de perder as chaves.

Cons:

Há um cartaz com instruções sobre uso do apartamento e indicações de multas caso não seja cumprido. Atendi a cada instrução, como já faria, mas não fiquei confortável com isso.

Agréable séjour.
Pros:

L’emplacement était idéal: 25 min à pied du centre avec beaucoup de commerces à proximité.
Petit mais fonctionnel et suffisant pour un court séjour.

Cons:

Il est dommage que nous ne puissions pas ouvrir les fenêtres.
Le fauteuil n’est pas très confortable, assez dur.
