Pros:

1，酒店前台没有给我在Booking订的房子，2，并加收65元更换大床，其实我订的就是大床。3，给我安排了一间靠近空调出风口的房间，晚上低频噪音很大，一夜未眠。4，窗户有一半是立顶的大柱子，入住体验非常糟糕。最可恶的是前台工作人员欺诈住客，多收费用，行为规范太恶劣，最后交涉后已经把多收的费用退回。

Great Staff, excellent location
Pros:

Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. They assisted in baggage storage, receiving parcels and any issues with the rooms. Always with a smile.

Cons:

Breakfast food wasn't the best but similar to other hotels in Shenzhen. Overall its plentiful but not to everyone's tastes.

Happy staying here!
Pros:

Its location is good. Near to the popular MixC World - where by transport is always crowded, 10 mins walk from hotel to here is a huge plus.

The staff is surely so guests-oriented, so welcoming and extremely helpful. Like to thank especially Cindy who helped us so much. Leaving us such happy and good memories staying at the hotel.

Cons:

Not exactly didn’t like but just hope they can improve in terms of their quality of the dim sum they serve for breakfast. The size can be smaller and make it tastier.

Pros:

Friendly staff ,nice and clean room ,very comfortable to stay.

For like us foreigner it's bit difficult for communication if more staff speak english then much better. otherwise all good.
