good stay
Pros:

The location and the size of the rooms.
The view of A411 is nice. Beautiful sunset

Cons:

The AC wasn't working very well. The staff did their best and offered alternative rooms.
It would be good to add a washing machine

Cheap for the location, some minor discomforts in the room but big problems with keys
Pros:

Rooms were very large and spacious. Bathroom had recently been rennovated. Lots of closet space and hangers.
Water provided every day.
There is a really good massage place in the building. I went nearly every day.
Very good value for money. However stay was marred by some really strange practices with respect to keys and some other things.

Cons:

Ridiculous arrangement with the keys. Apparently even though 2 people staying in the room you can only have one key and one doorpass. So if you aren't out together you have to co-ordinate access. This is problematic when 2 people are working and have their owns schedules. It can't even be left at the office as it closes at 6pm so it becomes impossible. After a massive argument we were finally allowed a 2nd key to the unit with a THB1000 deposit. BUT WHY ALL THE BOTHER. 2 people staying need a key each. Such a stupid system. Never stayed in an aparthotel where you dont both have independent access to the unit.

Bedroom aircon just blows out hot air. We had to sleep with the door open so the living room aircon cooled the bedroom. We told the concierge and I think they came but still didn't work properly.

Pillows were like bricks. We asked for a softer pillow. They just brought another similar pillow. We had to buy our own.

Kitchens were not stocked particularly well. ie no toaster. Only 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 knives, forks and spoons. Was a little sparse.

Wifi was questionable.

No smart TVs so couldn't stream.

Pros:

Хорошие , чистые апартаменты, все в хорошем состоянии , в рабочем , есть все необходимое , посуда .
Уборка каждый день .
Чистые белоснежные постели , замена полотенец каждый день , уборка кухни , посуды каждый день
Расположение отличное

Cons:

Нет в данных апартамента стиральной машины , это при длительном проживании , это очень не удобно .
Хотя в других номерах стоят машинки .
