Pros:

L’établissement est exceptionnel. Je suis venu au Maroc pour des vacances et j’ai séjourné dans plusieurs villes ainsi que dans de nombreux hôtels. Cependant, je peux affirmer que la qualité du personnel de cet hôtel est incomparable. Toute l’équipe est d’un grand professionnalisme, courtoise, attentive et toujours disponible. Une expérience remarquable que je recommande sans hésitation.

Excellent hôtel offrant un service de qualité, un grand confort et une expérience très agréable.
Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté de l’hôtel, le confort de la chambre, la qualité du service et l’accueil chaleureux du personnel. L’emplacement est également très pratique, et l’ensemble de l’établissement est bien entretenu. Mon séjour s’est déroulé dans d’excellentes conditions.

Cons:

Rien à signaler. Tout était conforme à mes attentes et j’ai été entièrement satisfaite de mon séjour.

Établissement très propre très bien situé entre l’hivernage et gueliz. Le personnel est très réactif et je remercie tout particulièrement Awane et Imane qui ont été adorables et aux petits soins. Bonne continuation!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable, et le niveau de confort était au rendez-vous. Tout était parfaitement entretenu, ce qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable.

Un grand merci également à l’ensemble du personnel pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions et les gestes délicats qui font toute la différence et qui donnent le sentiment d’être réellement bien accueilli.

Une belle expérience que je recommande sans hésitation. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir.
