goede tussenstop om richting de alpen te gaan. We waren laat vertrokken en konden door files niet tijdig thuis geraken, dus zijn we hier last-minute gestrand. Online inchecken verliep moeizaam, maar de helpdesk van Western heeft ons geweldig geholpen

Koffie en thee op de kamer.
Kon ook beneden de hele avond halen. Dat was luxe.
Kamer was oke, beetje warm maar wij hadden gekozen voor balkon ipv airconditioning.

Ao chegarmos às 22:30, não havia ninguém na recepção e a portaria eletrônica não funcionava.
O atendimento pelo telefone foi péssimo!
Finalmente um hóspede alemão viu a nossa situação e conseguiu falar com o serviço de atendimento por telefone. Finalmente conseguimos o quarto, que já estava pago, depois de 1 hora da manhã

NIE WIEDER!
Pros:

Es war in der nähe vom Hbf , Checkin und Checkout liefen super. Frühstück war auch günstig.

Cons:

Es war viel zu warm im Zimmer.
Die Dusche voll mit schimmel
Teilweise betten nicht bezogen und dann auch noch löchrig.
Überall hat es gemüffelt und alles in einem war es nur so ein überfälliges sauber.
Wir buchen hier nicht noch mal.
Statt das geld in self check in geräte zu investieren sollte mann den rest erst mal auf vordermann bringen.
