The life club facilities will be closed from November 1, 2021 due to the expiration of the lease. All facilities will no longer provide services, including swimming pools, saunas, children’s playrooms, etc.

Location wise, it is pretty good. As a five stars hotel, all the facilities are out of dated and needs more maintenance! For the same money, I would go for the same brand hotel with fewer stars and newer facility. However, still an OK hotel to stay with.

浴室有霉沒有刷乾淨，廁所前面房客使用過衛生紙沒有處理
櫃檯2100打電話詢問我人在哪裡需要在2120前辦理入住，當下反應人還在高速公路上，怎麼有辦法在2120入住，還一直強調要在公司需要2120前辦理入住，我也說在Booking上面已經選了晚上2200前入住，櫃檯人還說我沒有備注要在2200入住，那我在Booking上面我已經選了預計2200才能到辦理入住這是選假的？？
自己公司在平台也沒表示2120前辦理入住，櫃檯人員自己查詢後才說他們會再跟平台反應，到底是員工想省事還是這是真的公司的規定？？
之後也不會再選雀客這個集團飯店，員工的態度真的讓人很爛。
Room size is decent compared to other hotels
One of the female reception staff was rude and unhelpful. On the day we checked in we were told they’re servicing the air conditioning tomorrow, so there will not be air conditioning from 9-5. We have a young infant who cannot withstand the heat for long periods of time. We expressed our concerns to the reception staff however she didn’t provide any resolution nor reassurance, instead we got an attitude for raising the concerns. I think it’s quite fair to ask guests checking in with an infant if they would need a cot. And of course the female staff did not check with us.
Housekeeping needs to be improved. Empty toilet roll was not replaced and bed sheets with stains were not changed.
There are no power outlets next to the beds. Room is sometimes hot at night. Air conditioning will not run to set temperature, the lowest it will go it’s 21C even though you set to 18C
