Great staff and service
Pros:

The staff especially the door man. Is excellent, he takes care of your luggage if you need to wait. He takes them to your room. He drives you to Pattaya in TukTuk or any other place near by. He really works so hard and his kindness is unmatched. The ladies at the front desk along with a few in the bar area are just amazing workers. I keep returning mainly because of the staff.

Cons:

The fridge in the rooms are the smallest and the worst. If they would have a bit more lighting or stronger light bulbs in room would be helpful. Hard to find items at times

All and All good stay. GREAT HARD WORKING STAFF
Pros:

Not a fan of all the food being out before I eat. Would enjoy to order it and cooked fresh. Don't eat breakfast at the Quba. I don't eat anything there. I have stayed here 4 times in a
Year and a half. Will probably return. Fridge in rooms to small. Useless

It was lovely & chilled … and would stay again ..
Pros:

I thought it was lovely , very different to anywhere I stayed in Thailand !!!
The cocktails were perfect & loved the music ..
staff & cleaners superb…
The shower was magnificent… powerful & hot just how I like it in the UK ..

Cons:

The air con in my room even on low temperature for cool the room the temperature in the room was to too hot for some reason …
They did come and check & clean air con when I asked so can’t fault them for their service ..
also the bed made to made so much noise when I was making love to my girlfriend that I was very embarrassed if the other guests heard !!!!

A nice place and I’d happily return
Pros:

Location was good. Nice and quiet. The rooms are very dark as it only has one small door onto a small terrace but I didn’t mind this. The staff were very flexible and helpful by giving me a late checkout

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic. I was woken a few times in the early hours because the cleaners cupboard was directly next to my room. The swimming pool was so small you couldn’t really do lengths in it
