Great location to revivify the body and mind.
Pros:

Peaceful quiet location, comfortable spacious room and balcony with a view. Close to the glaciers with buses every 15-30 minutes. Lots of wonderful lakes & mountains rivers to walk around. Super!

Heel fijn hotel. Mooie grote, schone kamer. Erg lekker ontbijt en fantastisch diner. De bediening in het restaurant is heel vriendelijk en professioneel. Wij hadden een top verblijf van 5 dagen.

A wonderful oasis of hospitality nestled deep in the mountains.
Pros:

This family-owned hotel is beautiful, with stunning location in the Stubai Valley close to the glacier. We purchased the Half Board for meals, and weren't disappointed by the high quality and plentiful food and service. The staff was beyond accommodating, always ensuring our needs were met. The room was spotless, and well serviced, with comfort in mind. There is a waterfall just behind the hotel, and hiking trails to reach it within only a few minutes. Other hiking trails and sites are also very close by. The hotel also offers recommendations for excursions and hikes in the area. A family-friendly hotel, with a lovely spa and areas for adults to relax as well. We would definitely return to this place, and highly recommend it to others!

Cons:

I had assumed that the sofa bed in the room would pull out to be a full-sized bed for our teenaged son, which was my mistake. As the sofa in our room actually converted into bunk bed better suited for children, the hotel provided a separate small single bed instead, hoping it would be more comfortable for our 15 year old. At first, we were concerned about his comfort in this narrow bed, and cramped quarters in the room for us due to the placement of this extra bed. But the hotel was very accommodating and tried to meet our needs, explaining that only some rooms offer sofa beds that pull out to make a larger bed. In the end, as we weren't able to switch to one of these other rooms, we made it work, and my son was able to sleep comfortably. However, if you're depending on the sofa bed for a teen or adult, it might be worth asking for more details about the conversion of the sofa beds. It depends on the room, evidently.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff
Pros:

Extremely accommodating, allowed early check in as well as luggage storage + use of the sauna showers after check out. Dinner was super fancy and fun, 4 courses plus salad bar. A lot of amenities, e.g., pool, ping pong, sauna, gym. Room was nice too with lots of storage space and very clean. Beautiful view of the mountains. Great location, 2 min walk to bus stop to Stubai glacier / Innsbruck. Also many hikes nearby.

Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass während der Essenszeiten im Kinderkino gleich neben dem Essbereich Zeichentrickfilme für die Kinder liefen. Machte das Abendessen gleich viel entspannter!
