Park Regency

We had a very nice stay here recently. The resort is pleasant and about a mile from the Main Street area, and the resort has a shuttle available. Bike/ walking trails are close by and easy to access, and easy to use, (except for the occasional kamikaze bicyclists; not very common!) Lots to do and explore in the area, and we enjoyed the late summer season as we are not skiers. Talked to several golfers who enjoyed the area. Lots of retail therapy available in the area if you enjoy it. ( We don’t, but for those who do!) We enjoyed the historical sites and natural beauty which abounds in this area, and enjoyed driving over the Guardsman pass scenic drive. It was an enjoyable week, and having a kitchen and cooking facilities available in this condo made it affordable and easy to do so. ( Eating out three meals a day isn’t very enjoyable for us — special diets to deal with, etc.) Resort staff are very helpful and friendly. They made our stay exceptional!!

Run down. Crumbling concrete. Safety issues. Electrical outlet outside hanging so not good for children (see picture).

Smoke alarm in bedroom would go off from hair dryer in bathroom. Once went off simply from bathroom steam. Smoke alarm outside bathroom yellowed from age (see picture).

Glass around pool had white streaks so no clear view.

Says room for 4.... barely room for 2 of us. No way 4 could function in there.

Table was tucked under a cabinet so if you used. Absolutely no room to walk.

Patio had 1 chair and table... guess you take turns looking at the dandelion and weeds?

Bugs crawling in also (see picture).

Only good thing was staff very friendly and nice.

Stafff

We had a wonderful weekend swimming and spending time together as a family. Our family was very comfortable, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. We especially loved having a space where all six of us could relax and feel comfortable.

I had contacted booking.com to get a full refund and they are liars, and you don't get your money back. Regardless, they are a rip-off, don't ever book with them. Just

The location, amenities and especially the staff.

This was a last minute booking that ended up being the best stay of our summer break! Clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were extremely helpful in getting us settled in.
I wish we could have stayed longer,but we will be back next summer for a longer stay.

Wonderful location in a valley at 7,300 feet, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The unit had a lovely view. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. There is a good grocery store less than a mile, and the walking/biking trails are close and in excellent condition. The unit was well appointed. Although a washer and dryer were not in the unit, there was a laundry room only a few steps from our unit, and they were free of charge.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Very conscientious. Rooms were clean and provided everything I needed.

Good price, it was clean and we loved having a kitchen. The bathroom and kitchen were updated and modern. The location was ideal for downtown Park City.

The location is great, good food nearby, nice walking trail to parks and downtown.

Nice that they had gas grills for you to use
