Clean, comfortable, excellent value in a great location.
Pros:

A great value extremely close to the Munich Hauptbahnof. The room was clean and well-appointed, easily walkable to the historic center of Munich and run by friendly people. We were very happy with our choice, especially at the price point.

Central, good space, sadly a bit noisy.
Pros:

The room was spacious and we had all the utilities we needed. The staff were friendly and kindly let us check in early and store baggage when we left.

Cons:

The bedroom and bathroom were directly above the main road and opposite a kebab shop. At night it was very noisy with loud voices and music. There were also a lot of sirens through the night. Thankfully my children’s room faced the internal area and was quiet.

Pros:

Det var ett mycket bra rum eller lägenhet som var välstädad

Cons:

Det står att allmän parkering finns i närheten men vart den är undrar jag. Försökte få hjälp av tjejen i receptionen men det var lika med noll då hon var mer intresserad av deras butik de hade i anslutning till hotellet. Tog 1 timme innan vi hittade en parkering. Vi hade även problem med balkongdörren som hon skulle komma upp och titta på, hon kom inte så vi gick ut och då satt hon i butiken och kunde inte lämna den. Då får man stänga butiken och ta sig tid eller ha mer personal. Frukosten var i deras andra butik som var ett konditori där vi fick en tallrik med lite blandat på och den var god men vill ju gärna plocka själv.

Molti contro, pochi Pro.
Pros:

In cima a tutti, Sedef, la receptionist che ci ha accolto. Sorridente, professionale, simpatica, accogliente. Ha risolto tutti i nostri piccoli problemi, sempre con il sorriso e con pazienza. È una fortuna, per la struttura, avere una dipendente come lei.

La posizione strategica, a pochi metri dalla stazione centrale e quindi comoda per prendere qualsiasi metro, U-bahn o S-bahn.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo: nella carissima Monaco, questo ci è sembrato un decente compromesso.

La connessione Wi-Fi, stabile e veloce.

La pulizia, più che sufficiente.

Cons:

Zona del quartiere turco mal frequentata, pessima per famiglie. Anche di primo mattino, persone in giro alcolizzate o fatte di crack. Vicinissima alla stazione e circondata solo da strip club, centri scommesse, compro oro e kebabbari. Tornare col buio, o più tardi, con dei bambini, è poco raccomandabile. Non è un posto dove ti senti al sicuro.

Se la stanza è al primo piano, rumore dalla strada fino a tarda notte e di primo mattino. Motori, Sirene e ambulanze sembrano essere in stanza. E un kebabbaro esattamente di fronte, che attira clientela rumorosa, fino a tarda notte. Già va meglio se ti riservano un piano alto, dove ci siamo fatti spostare.

Arredi vecchi e manutenzione trascurata.
Il filtro del bidet perdeva e costringeva a tenerlo chiuso, il piano cottura a induzione era non funzionante (però prontamente riparato la mattina successiva). Il letto dei bambini non era altro che un divano-letto vecchio, cigolante, con un materassino molto sottile e cuscini vecchi e di scarsa qualità. L’impianto elettrico costruito a casaccio, con interruttori che abilitavano e disabilitavano prese elettriche posizionate altrove nella stanza, senza un senso.

Gli asciugamani, minuscoli, sia da mano che da doccia.

Il problema più importante: Il caldo terribile. In epoca di riscaldamento globale, a luglio, la mancanza di aria condizionata è follia, abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire anche nelle sere in cui fuori c’erano 20 gradi perché la struttura, dopo due settimane a 30 gradi e oltre, si era probabilmente talmente riscaldata da non riuscire a rinfrescarsi, nemmeno a finestre spalancate. Anche con due ventilatori, alcune notti, soprattutto le prime più calde, abbiamo dormito malissimo. Forse, a Monaco di Baviera, in passato, non ce n’era bisogno nemmeno in estate. Ora, sarebbe il caso che provvedessero.

I prezzi del piccolo market, follia. Abbiamo dovuto prendere solo piccole cose all’arrivo, perché la Lidl vicina era già chiusa, e ci hanno salassato.

Merkeze oldukça yakın, havalimanından ulaşımı kolay. Sedef hanıma çok teşekkürler kendisi bize çok yardımcı oldu. Ona desteği için tekrar teşekkür ediyorum. Türk çalışanlar olduğu için iletişim kurmakta zorlanmadık. Marienplatz’a çok hızlı varabiliyorsunuz, marketlere yakın ihtiyacınız olunca gitmeniz kolay. Kesinlikle öneririm.
