Overall it was a pleasant stay
Pros:

I love the room and how clean everything was. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

I didn’t like the scanty breakfast. FYI please step up your breakfast to include meat, pancakes or waffles, scrambled eggs.

L’humidité ! Tout était humide et il a fallu enclencher la climatisation à fond et donc pas idéal! Ça sentait mauvais, comme de la moisissure, tout le temps! On a même eu des bestioles dans la salle de bain…

Pros:

La chambre spacieuse, belle déco. Du savon, shampooing, gel douche à disposition..Chambre propre , clim silencieuse, literie parfaite. On y a tellement bien dormi!

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner quasi inexistant. On avait jusqu'à 9h, nous nous sommes présentés à 8h30, il ne restait plus grand chose sur de toutes façons un buffet déjà pauvre à la base.

Horrible, I left early even though still was charged for the entire stay. Not for a family of girls

I booked with my younger kids mainly because of the distance to the children's museum and THE POOL, which is pictured in the add! There was no pool hotel was haunted, creepy and old! Not at all what I expect when staying at a hilton!!

Cons:

Moldy, wet carpet in room. Black mold on wall and ceiling. VERY MOLDY SMELL in room that a candle and air freshener would not remove even inside the closet so I left everything in my suitcases. Horribly uncomfortable and saggy mattress. The only place that didn't smell like wet mold was the staircase hallways. I would have complained to the staff, but the facilities were the problem, not the staff and they were already overwhelmed due to a computer issue at check in and several other guests were complaining already as I arrived. Spend a little extra and stay elsewhere. Not a quality stay and certainly not Hilton hotel standards.
