It was a great stay for us. Basically brand new apartment which was an added bonus. Short walk to two train stations and plenty of food options around.
Nothing comes to mind

Great room for a family
The room was a good size for our family of five. It was great having a table to eat at.
The blinds/curtains were absolutely useless as soon as the sun came up, which meant we were awake way too early every day.
The train line directly outside our window didn’t help either.
It was big enough for a family of four.
The lobby doesn't open until 9:00 so we had to sit outside from 6:00-9:00 waiting for it to open
Hotel All In Tokyo was such a find and the perfect place for us to stay whilst exploring this great City.
With memories of a tiny box upon previous visits to Tokyo, space was a key consideration to us – and this hotel delivered this in spades! We loved the fact that each floor contained effectively only one flat, containing a small hall with access to a separate toilet and bathroom/shower room (with a washer / drier) and then the spacious main living / kitchen / sleeping area. There was also a small balcony, albeit we did not use this. With plenty of space for our luggage, the lay-out also provided enough privacy between our teenage son and us – as well as suitable areas to relax.
The place was very clean, with daily new towels being provided and pick-up of rubbish, and it offered a very comfortable and quiet sleep as we adjusted to Tokyo-time. We appreciated the little kitchen area, including the fridge with complementary refreshments. The washer / drier was excellent, with detergent already provided.
We also loved the nearby connectivity, through the subway and JR systems. With our Welcome Suica Card (purchased at the airport), the journey to the hotel from the airport, all our planned sights and evening arrangements, as well as our departure via Tokyo Station for the Shinkansen worked a dream from the hotel. We mainly used the Akiabara Station (c.650m, but very easy flat walk even with our suitcases) and Asakusabashi Station (within minutes from hotel), and their respective lines.
Despite the neighbourhood feeling largely residential and quiet, there were a number of boutique bakeries, supermarkets and a variety of interesting restaurants and bars within minutes of the doorstep of the hotel. Even our son commented on the great selection to hand!
Finally, a thank you to the staff! Always very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more special. We would definitely love another opportunity to stay at Hotel All In Tokyo. Top marks!
Forgot to mention! Check-in was also made so easy! We were sent a link in advance, which we completed and then used the generated code upon arrival. Staff was there on hand to help us. Codes are used to access the hotel itself; with a separate code for the apartment.
Finally, one improvement would be better instructions in English for the washer / drier!
The room was huge and very comfortable. The location is excellent with easy access to the train

Very clean. Spacious. Great neighborhood (workshops and restaurants with locals, quiet). Kind and polite staff.
The hotel room was exactly as advertised; big, spacious, clean and modern. It was the perfect size to comfortably fit our family of five. We also had access to a small balcony which was a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the washer/dryer combo. Small additional touches like a variety of complimentary drinks and laundry pods made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect - about a 10 minute walk to Akihabara with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants along the way.
No one seems to physically work at the front desk which made checking in and checking out a bit confusing. You have to contact them via Instagram.
Spacious, very clever with storage.
The mattress was too hard for me, and there was only one pillow each.
Everything, staff the room size, the location, it was great.
