The location being outta the city

Cons:

2 towels when there were 4 people staying in the room, nothing to eat our food with had plates, bowls and cups and only one spoon, the cupboards smelt mouldy, couldn't park outside of room, only one person could shower a day as there was never any hot water, no power points in the main room, no spare bin bags, no tea towel to dry things with, one small milk between 4 people

Comfort bed, nice shower.

Cons:

No kettle, no television remote, i’ve called the manager but it put on hold which was approx 10:30pm, we walked into reception, i saw the manager there, i made an complaint about no television remote and kettle, approx 10mins later the manager come in our room to gave us the kettle and remote which was good.
There were lots of bits/dirts under the drawer which we were looking for television remote.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay in our rooms due to the mould problem that caused reactions and the un clean rooms
Pros:

The native trees and plants and animals that surrounded the property was lovely but besides this there were no positives to report 😔

Cons:

The rooms were filthy, the bed linen and towels had blood and stains on them. Every room we booked had a very very strong mould smell which was not just in the bathrooms but also in the bedrooms that made us feel sick which was a health concern so we vacated the rooms immediately. The shower roofs had visible mould. Outside the rooms was a very bad sewage smell. We had small children with us and the floors had dried up food or vomit that hadn’t been cleaned which was not suitable for any child especially our younger ones who get around on the floors. The floors had not been vacuumed. There were also visible splatters of some sorts on the walls. The bins had dirty tissues in them from previous stayers. Our family have felt cleaner in a camping environment then we did in this apparent 4 star motel. Unfortunately I am unable to add 4 photos
