Cons:

Čistačice nisu baš radile kvalitetan posao. Posteljina nije menjana, samo raspreme krevet i ostave rolnu papira. Ali je sve ostalo bilo besprekorno.

Lepo ali može još bolje.
Pros:

Objekat nudi dosta sadržaja, sobe su prostrane, kreveti udobni, higijena na visokom nivou. Osoblje je predusretljivo i ljubazno.

Cons:

Igraonica za decu u sklopu objekta bi trebala biti čistija, švedski sto za doručak i ručak malo bogatiji. S ozbirom da smo na planini u sobama je pretoplo (oko 29 stepeni) i pored otvorenog prozora a klime nažalost nema.

yaz aylarında ziyaret ettik, soğutma için kliması yoktu, sadece ısıtma amaçlı merkezi klima vardı, kahvaltı doyurucu, hotel sessiz, sakin, konumu merkeze yakın, odada iyi soğutan buzdolabı, mutfak, ocak ve masa var, dilerseniz odada yemek yapabilirsiniz

domuz eti yemeyen misafirler için opsiyonlar arttırılabilir, her ürünün içinde domuz eti olp olmadığı konusunda bilgilendirme iyi olurdu, hayvansal gıdalarda bunun için küçük hayvan ikonları kullanılabilir

Pros:

Super Lage, Zimmer von der Grösse super

Cons:

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Die Sauberkeit war katastrophal: Unser Zimmer wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Zudem waren die Bettlaken und das Geschirr teilweise dreckig, und im Zimmer waren mehrere Leisten beschädigt. Kinderbett wurde vergessen.

Auch der Service an der Rezeption liess zu wünschen übrig. Die junge Rezeptionistin wirkte sehr unmotiviert und wenig hilfsbereit.

Beim Frühstück mussten wir trotz unseres kleinen Kindes draußen in der Lounge sitzen, da sämtliche Tische im Innenbereich von größeren Gruppen belegt waren. Eine kinderfreundliche Lösung oder Unterstützung seitens des Personals wurde leider nicht angeboten. Kaputte Wassergläser.

Insgesamt entspricht der Zustand und der Service des Hotels keinesfalls unseren Erwartungen. Besonders die mangelnde Sauberkeit und die fehlende Reinigung während des gesamten Aufenthalts sind für uns absolut nicht akzeptabel.
