Odličan boravak
Pros:

Nalazi se na dobroj lokaciji - blizu centra Zlatibora. Hotel poseduje svoj parking koji se plaća, ali možete se parkirati i preko puta hotela besplatno.

Radnica na recepciji je bila veoma ljubazna i dala nam je par korisnih saveta.

Apartman je veoma lepo sređen.
Spa centar je dosta dobar. Doručak je, takođe, odličan.
Sve u svemu - odličan boravak.

Not perfect but ok
Pros:

The hotel appears to be quite new, with a beautiful interior design, and that’s where the positive aspects end.

The apartment we were accommodated in was spacious enough for two adults and two children, but it lacked even basic cleanliness. I had the impression that someone had simply gone in briefly to put fresh sheets on the beds and leave some towels. By “basic cleanliness,” I mean that even the floors had not been vacuumed, and the dust on the furniture had clearly not been cleaned. I won’t even comment on the rest.

We stayed for four nights, and throughout our stay, the only indication that a housekeeper had entered the room was the fact that there were fresh towels.

For two evenings, we were offered a set menu. The first evening, everything was exceptionally delicious. However, the following evening, the food was, to put it mildly, poor. The chicken fillet was so overcooked that it couldn’t even be cut with a knife.

The remaining evenings featured a buffet. There wasn’t much variety, but at least we didn’t go hungry. Breakfast was also quite limited in choice, consisting mainly of two types of eggs and some processed meat products.

Fair stay for a couple of days
Pros:

Location is great, walkable distance to the main lake area of Zlatibor. The room was spacious and the views towards the gondola are breathtaking. Overall a good hotel for a couple of days stay

Cons:

No air conditioning which made the room stuffy even with cool outside temperature. The room cleaning was done just at surface level, not a thorough cleaning. Bathroom had a foul odor due to this. Breakfast could use some more variety in dishes.

Pros:

Absolutely loved this hotel/apartment complex. Wonderful facilities, beautiful decor, breakfast was way beyond expectations, comfortable beds and all in all really great place to stay in Zlatibor.

Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und die Nähe zum Zentrum. Tiefgarage

Cons:

Tiefgarage etwas eng und kostet 10€ extra.
Nachts wurden wir von einem extrem lauten Geräusch geweckt. Irgendeine undefinierbare Anlage draußen brummte, pfeifte von halb 2 bis ca. 4 Uhr morgens. Schrecklich! Wir konnten nicht schlafen. Unsere Freunde die auch jeweils 2 separate Zimmer hatten in diesem Hotel, hörten es auch. Ich erwähnte es deshalb weil das Personal bei der wir uns beschwert hatten zu unseren Freunden 10 Minuten später jeweils meinten das sich bis jetzt noch niemand beschwert hatte. Also lügen auch noch. In dieses Hotel kommen wir sicher nicht mehr.
