Unique opportunity to stay at a hacienda with; lots of history (machinery still remains from the sisal production), it’s very own cenote and in comfortable rooms with plenty of character. Carlos and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Carlos told us loads about the history of the site as well as helpful local recommendations including a great restaurant for lunch. Carlos also arranged for us to have chicken with mole sauce which we were keen to try. The food was home cooked and excellent. We really enjoyed our stay thank you. Highly recommend for a unique and restful experience.

Fast alleine auf diesem verwunschenen Anwesen und eine private Zinote waren das Highlight. Essen wird auf Bestellung frisch gekocht und serviert.
Das Personal spricht großteils kein Englisch, weiß sich aber mit dem Handy zu helfen.
We had our own private Cenotes as we were lucky enough to be the only guests, that was the highlight. Lovely pools ; The food was average

Manager extremely welcoming and available. Historic setting in an old sisal-producing hacienda. Large rooms. Restaurant on site. Cave cenote and multiple swimming pools. Bar. Beautiful, mature landscaping.
Everything perfect!
This is an exceptional place. I walked around it open-mouthed at the beauty. The gigantic trees, the ancient farm machinery, the sense of history - we felt very very lucky to stay here. A bonus is that the staff are amazing, we were looked after by the sweetest women who were gentle and kind to us and our kids, including when our youngest ran headfirst into a table within minutes of arriving. And to top it all off, the cenote onsite was a wonderful surprise and we had it all to ourselves - so memorable.

El servicio muy atento, todos bien amables. Me gusto el espacio de las hamacas afuera y seguro que la alberca es muy bien utilisado en dias de calor pero desafortunadamente nos toco mucho frio y se corto la electricidad un tiempito. Muy lindo para caminar alrededor.
La hacienda es muy linda y se nota que la estan arreglando pero si falta bastante - no esta tan lista y linda como muestran las fotos. El precio me parece demasiado elevado! Fuimos viajando por Yucatan y se nos hizo uno de los hoteles mas caros y con las facilidades mas basicas de todas. Los asientos en la sala de comer son bien incomodos y no te invita a pasar tiempo alli, la comida esta bien pero considerando que los huespedes no tienen otra opcion de comida pensaria que podrian mejorar la calidad. Y por el precio tan elevado te dan un desayuno continental - pan, cafe y fruta, si quieres huevos o algo mas hay que pagar. No habia nada mal pero por ese precio uno espera muuuucho mas entonces nos fuimos un poco frustrados. Bajen sus precios por $1mil la noche y alli si podria estar mejor.
La hacienda esta muy bonita, hay poca gente y eso hace que disfrutes de la tranquilidad. Además el cenote esta muy bonito y la gente del servicio muy amable. Igual la habitación limpia y muy bonita.

This was a delightful stay, we should have stayed longer than one night. It's only a 5 - 10 minute drive from Mucuyche Hacienda and Cenote. It felt like an authentic hacienda, comfortable (very large) room. Great dinner and breakfast, fabulous, very large pool and they even have a cenote. Interesting host who told us a lot about the local history. If we are in the area again we would definitely return.
When you turn onto the road to Yunko (the village where the hacienda is located) there is a sign letting you know that you're in the right place but in addition they really need to put a small sign at the entrance gate of the hacienda because it's not clear that the stone road to the hacienda is really the entrance.
Fantastyczne miejsce. Paywatna cenota - chyba najlepsza jaskiniowa spośród zwiedzonych na Jukatanie.
Abbiamo prenotato aspettandoci una struttura immersa nel verde, tranquilla e con servizi adeguati se non a un 4 (come riportato) almeno a un 3 stelle.
Purtroppo la realtà è stata completamente diversa:
La struttura si presenta in condizioni di evidente degrado e non rispecchia in alcun modo le immagini o la descrizione online; si trova in una zona isolata, lungo una strada pericolosa e dissestata, con traffico di animali al pascolo.
Raggiungerla è stato complicato e poco sicuro. Inoltre, nella zona (in tutto il tratto per arrivare e per tornare) non c’è praticamente segnale telefonico né connessione internet, il che rende difficile qualsiasi comunicazione.
Non ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio né sicuri e abbiamo deciso di andare via immediatamente.
Trovo difficile comprendere come una descrizione così distante dalla realtà possa essere pubblicata su Booking senza verifiche più accurate; la discrepanza tra quanto indicato online e le condizioni effettive della struttura è significativa e può creare seri disagi a chi prenota facendo affidamento sulle informazioni presenti sulla piattaforma.

la hacienda tiene un encanto excepcional, la atención de el administrador Carlos es maravillosa, Ingrid nos preparo unas bebidas muy buenas y nos atendio muy bien. El desayuno fue muy bueno

Die Hazienda liegt in mitten von nirgendwo . Man spürt noch die alte Zeit, ist aber mit schönen Zimmern- wir hatten eine der beiden Hütten- bestens untergebracht
Hier ist noch Luft nach oben.
Toole Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse abe keine Sitzmöbel bzw. nur ein alter Stuhl und kleiner Tisch .
Die liege am Pool sind ungepflegt und lieblos hinterlassen. Sehr schade. Auch die Poolpflege hat noch Bedarf.
Ebenso das Restaurant. Huhn mit Reis kalt bzw. in Zimmertemperatur zu servieren ist nicht sehr schön.
Das alles im Hinblick darauf dass auf der Hazienda Zimmerpreise aufgerufen werden die deutlich mehr Erwartung mit sich bringen. Und last but not least für ein Spiegelei zum Frühstück extra Geld zu verlangen ist schon ziemlich frech. Das haben wir in 3 Wochen Rundreise noch nicht erlebt
