Very disappointed that the water issue wasn’t mentioned

They neglected to say the water would be turned off when I booked. That was a major inconvenience obviously. That was not an acceptable omission

Location to old Montreal and on site laundry was good
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the onsite laundry was a nice surprise

Cons:

I found the building and suite to be outdated and could use an update. The carpets were old and kinda dirty. The window in the bedroom wouldn’t open so was quite warm in the room.

We had an excellent stay and would gladly return.
Pros:

This hotel truly deserves its excellent rating. Everything was spotlessly clean, the overall quality exceeded our expectations, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is perfect, with everything conveniently nearby. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

Almost nothing. The only minor downside was that the complimentary WiFi could have been faster. Faster internet was available, but it cost an additional fee per day.
