Pros:

The staff was fantastic. Thoughtful added touches like cookies, cold water and chocolate. The location was good and the shower was great.

Cons:

No Smart tv.

Super convenient boutique hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

The Metcalfe Hotel was exceptional for a family stay for Canada Day in downtown Ottawa. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. You can tell they have a lot of pride in working there. The hotel (including the rooms) were very clean. And the location was central. The parking is valet only, and they were always quick. They welcome dogs as well with the water bowls in the lobby a nice touch.

O lobby, átrio, elevadores e os corredores são lindos e funcionais. Funcionários da recepção atentos e solícitos.

Cons:

O quarto é pequeno para acomodar três adultos com malas. A sala de ginástica estava em reforma. Baixa relação custo-benefício no valor da diária
