Kind staff but poor facilities and loud
Pros:

Comfy bed

Cons:

There was one shower for every guest in the building. The toilet, sink and shower area were unclean and there wasn’t toilet roll.

Excelente servicio en Antigua
Pros:

Muy buena atención y serviciales, hice check-out temprano y ellos nos dejaron guardar las maletas para poder ir a los recorridos y recogimos las maletas en la tarde.

Cons:

El baño estaba sucio, esto por el mal uso de los huéspedes, sin embargo lo resolvieron en 15 minutos.

Demasiado Ruido Por Las Mañanas

Muy buena ubicacion

Cons:

Demasiado ruido desde muy temprano por parte del personal, con platicas que son relacionadas con su vida privada y toda la planta baja escucha sus gritos o palabras ya que no respetan el confort de los huespedes. Ya que su tono es elevado y el ruido de sus platicas empiezas desde antes de las 7 am

It was fine for the price, beds were comfy and clean, free drinking water on sight,

Cons:

The room was kinda weird, like a garage space attached to a car port. Not really a proper room, you get the feeling that you're out in the middle of the lobby. Showers were meh, lights from the front desk shining in the bedroom window all night wasn't great, plus noise.

La ubicación del hotel y el desayuno de las mañanas

Cons:

En 4 días que estuvimos nunca le hicieron aseo a la habitación, tampoco recogieron la basura de la caneca del baño, fundas de las almohadas rotas, chapa del baño dañada, toallas sucias con manchas, humedad en las paredes, no tienen copia de la llave de la habitación lo que significa que en una emergencia o situación especial no pueden reaccionar frente a una eventualidad. No pudimos irnos antes debido a que ya habíamos pagado.

La chica fue muy amable en darnos ciertas instrucciones

Cons:

Las sabanas y las toallas apestaban, el baño privado estaba sin ventilación apropiada, no estaba limpio el lugar y para nada de cómodo , no considero que el precio fuera acorde con lo que nos dieron. MÁS HIGIENE POR FAVOR.
