Very nice employees, nice location and clean hotel
Pros:

Nice location, clean rooms, enough sun-beds but more importantly hotel employees were so kind and friendly, they were the ones makes hotel better.

Cons:

We are exploring all around the world and I can say that all-inclusive concept is better in Turkey, Greece if we takes into account everything. But all inclusive concept is also raising in here. Hotel location and potential is good and employees are really good. We think they can do better in following points; there should be free snack bars, including snacks, cold drinks and ice cream, close to the pool. There can also be a bit more activities for adults especially for the nights.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Everything was great, the hotel looks even better in reality than in the pictures.
There are high standards everywhere around the place, they clean the pools with robots every evening, they have robots cleaning up the hallways all the time, there are a lot of people doing maintenance around the place.
The beach is very nice, clean water and there are some nice paths to walk on around the area.
Hotel has a covered parking which keeps your car at a decent temperature, they have shows every night which are lovely for the kids.
My son loved the outdoor pool for kids and played in it for hours aswell as the indoor playground.

The people working in the hotel are all very nice, nothing bad to say about anything really.
This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in, I will come back for sure.

Kiválló bababarát szálloda!
Pros:

Gyönyörű helyen, tiszta, modern, jól felszerelt szálloda, kedves szemèlyzettel, szuper ételekkel!

Cons:

Teljesen felesleges a VIP Level rész szeparálása, mert ugyan olyan jó minőségű minden medence és étterem a szállodában!

Eigentlich alles Top Nur....
Pros:

Bestimmt eiines der besten Familien Hotels nur das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht auf der Höhe. Klimaanlage kaputt erst nach 3. Tagen Neues Zimmer, mit doppelt kleinerem Balkon ! Für so was hätte ich wenigstens ein Upgrade erwartet oder eine finanzielle eindschdigung, nichts davon schade.

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption war nicht auf der Höhe, Klimaanlage kaputt erst nach 3. Tagen neues Zimmer bekommen. Ohne Entschuldigung nichts schade .

Pros:

Чудовий готель, який перевершив наші очікування! Все було на найвищому рівні: комфортний і чистий номер, смачна та різноманітна їжа, привітний і уважний персонал.

Особливо сподобалася атмосфера – дуже затишно, спокійно та ідеально для відпочинку з дитиною. Територія доглянута, багато розваг для дітей, чудові басейни та море поруч.

Дякуємо всій команді готелю за гостинність і турботу. Ми чудово провели відпустку і з радістю повернемося сюди ще раз. Однозначно рекомендуємо!

Pros:

Velmi pěkný nový hotel. Zařízení nové a funkční, personál vstřícný, v hotelu všude čisto, koupání (na Chorvatsko) dobré, jídlo velmi dobré, stále zajištěné studené pití, občerstvení skoro po celý den. Automobil jsme měli pod přístřeškem (kapacita na cca 1/2 aut).
U hotelu půjčovna nebo úschovna vlastních kol, na pláži možné půjčit sportovní vybavení (paddleboard, tenis, basket, skákačka pro děti, apod.). Měli jsme vlastní kola a hezky jsme se projeli do města i do přírody. Na ostrově se snaží vytvářet a udržovat cyklotrasy.
Hotelu není co vytknout až na tobogán a hosty užívající hotelovou pláž a úschovnu kol.

Cons:

Ostatní hosté. Někteří se chovají jako prasata.
- Na pláži nás slovně atakoval rusky nebo ukrajinsky mluvící host, který tvrdil že lehátka na kterých jsme 2 hodiny leželi má rezervované pro něj. Na otázku jak je rezervoval (pozn. hotelová lehátka nelze rezervovat), odpověděl dál jsem si sem ručníky. Bohužel pro něj mu je pravděpodobně ráno sebrala obsluha nebo je někdo ukradl. Lehátka při našem příchodu, byla prázdná a uklizená. Omezenec se ani neomluvil.
- Na pláži u vstupu do vody byl velký nepořádek od druhého dne a to až do konce pobytu (plena, pantofle, láhve, víčka, nedopalky, prázdné skleničky, rozbité i celé dětské hračky atd...)
- Tobogán raději nezkoušejte. Spoje jsou ostré a nerovné. Zkusil jsem jednu jízdu a byl jsem slušně odřený. Spoje by se měly zbrousit nebo jinak opravit !
- Dveře u úschovny kol byly se-sedlé u musely se přizvedávat silou při zamykání. Bohužel někteří hosté to neřešili a nechávaly úschovnu odemčenou, naštěstí se tam nekrade. Naše odemčená kola tam zůstala, druhý den jsem je již zamykal.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Valamar! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing holiday. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!
