Fare for family trip. Not for someone who's coming for business.
Pros:

The location and staff, especially Mariam from the front desk as she was amazing in helping me understand the hotel facilities.

Cons:

The isolation of rooms is poor. I could hear every noise and the music playing by the pool.

Cons:

تم تغيير الغرفة أكثر من مرة، ومرتين بسبب أن الباب معطل ولا يتم اغلاقه؛ وتم نقلي الى غرفة أقل من مستوى الغرفة التي قمت بحجزها بدون تعويض الفارق بين الغرفتين .. الذي يتجاوز ال50 دولار .. وعندما خرجت اراد الموظف 400 جنيه ثمن بطاقة خاصة بالمناشف وكنت قد تركتها اصلًا في سلسلة الغرف التي جعلوني اتنقل بها

الغرفة فقط لاغير، ولكن ايضاً لاتستحق السعر، كما انه فندق على هيئة كباين وهذا الشي كان لابد ان يتم اظهاره في التفاصيل.

البحر متسخ جدا جدا جدا بصورة غير طبيعية أنواع البلاستيكات انواع بقايا الاكل من خضروات الخ الخ، رملة الشاطئ متسخه جدا جدا من بلاستكيات وبقايا طعام وسجاير.

طاقم الامن وطاقم الخدمة، لم يكن محترمين الا فقط بالابتسامه وكلمة افندم اسلوب وتصرفات غير مرضيه جدا جدا جدا

لاتستحق السعر المدفعوع

وباذن الله لن يتم تكرار التجربة حتى ولو قدمت مجاني
