Guests arriving by car are recommended to use the public garage Neuer Markt, located close to the hotel (1 min walk). Guests receive a special discount, so that parking costs EUR 36 per day and can be paid directly at the hotel reception.

Pros:

Gute Anbindung an die U Bahn, zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen, Restaurants und Shopping um die Ecke.Trotzdem ruhige Zimmer. Personal sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Alles top. Nur die Brötchen vom Frühstück könnten knuspriger sein.

Great location, unpleasant reception area and staff and the room was basic.

The reception staff were nice enough during check in yet any other time I walked by they never greeted people. There were also many guys who reeked of smoke just hanging out in the lobby. It was not a welcoming space at all…. Very different than any other hotel I have stayed in!

Pros:

The location and breakfast!

Cons:

We could not open the door to our room. The receptionist thought that it was because magnet from phone. I had to go down 2x, and finally the concierge came.

Pros:

Nice staff. We got upgraded witch was very nice! Big, spacious room. Great location. We only eat breakfast once, but it was really good. The hotel bar had good opening hours, so we could sit outside there on our way home in the evenings.

Cons:

Still a bit smokey smell in the reception especially, but not in the rooms. I could have done with a ironing board closer to the room, or in the room and I missed a body lotion in the bath, but overall, a very good hotel!

Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Wien.
Alles war tip top
Schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.
Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Auto kann in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage
unter dem Hotel geparkt werden. Kostet allerdings 36 €/Tag
