Great location over the pub
Pros:

Great location. Good food options nearby. Sue was so attentive and helped us get settled. Bathrooms down the hall but had privacy in there and very clean. If you need a comfortable bed and not much more then will fit the bill.

Book if you want to 'guarantee' you don't get a good night sleep....
Pros:

Bar staff were excellent.

Cons:

Air conditioning compressor went on and off the whole night.
Pigeons roosting at 5:45am.
Creaky floorboards.
Ghost town!!!
No sound deadening so heaps of snoring from other rooms.

Pros:

All of it. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Despite the hotel having age, it had plenty of character. Absolutely loved it. Will recommend to family and friends.
Cleanliness 100%. I'm sure the restaurant is recommended, we ate at the rsl.
Enjoyed our stay 100%.

Cons:

The shower heads in the bathrooms. It was winter, and it took ages to get hot water. Only discomfort.

Pros:

The bed itself was clean. The staff were really friendly and down to earth. Couldn't find better people around.

Cons:

The room smelt like someone had smoked in there and was covered by air freshener. The hall carpets were stained. The kitchen was dirty in the drawers with crumbs and spills. I had to shower in the dark because the light flickered. The shower head sprayed in several directions and wet my clothes. Water went all over the floor and there was no shower curtain. It's a bed to stay but I paid the same for a motel that was super clean with lots of space. I paid about $90. I would expect $70 would be more reasonable. You can't charge the same as a motel unless you're super clean.

Great stay and price for a week in Narromine.
Pros:

The price and location of the Court House was ideal for a week stay for work. The shared kitchen has a fridge, microwave and kettle but no stovetop.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard but that is personal preference and the light was blown in one of the male bathrooms.
