THERE WAS SMOKING SMELL IN THE ROOM DUE TO A PERSON SMOKING IN THE ADJOINING ROOM INSPITE THE HOTEL BEING NON SMOKING .
ON OUR COMPLIANT THE STAFF SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE EXTRA FROM THAT PERSON , BUT COULD NOT STOP HIM FROM SMOKING , WHICH WAS VERY WEIRD AND WE HAD TO CHANGE OUR ROOM DUE TO THIS ISSUE .

The bed was so comfortable! Great gym and pool area, nice and close to the airport so perfect for an overnight stay.

Cons:

Food was extortionate for the quality, more than expect to pay a lot for food and drink in a 5 star hotel, but I expect the quality to match, sadly it didn't. Almost £16 for a 125ml glass of wine... makes London look cheap!
