a great and friendly HOTEL ..... SUPER EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
Pros:

the meal facilities from breakfast to dinner is really exceptional . amazing food and service . ambience and environment . there are lot of varieties .

Cons:

i cannot say i did not like , but i would rather suggest since it is a huge property and having enough space , why do not create a room with board games or other facilities for younger guests even if it is a business oriented hotel but people sometimes travels with families .

I would recommend this hotel and we enjoyed our stay and it was 5 star but it would be good if the management considers
Pros:

He had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. Hotel was first class and staff very helpful. Quite close to the highway so easy to get to other parts of Mumbai without a lot of traffic. Buffet meal options were lovely and tasty. The gym was great with good quality equipment.

Cons:

The inside jacuzzi was closed. I urge management to re-open this as would have have been good to be able to use this with the sauna. The outside pool area needs a bit of a refurbishment and the outside jacuzzi was also closed.
We were half board but could only have dinner at the buffet every night and had to pay extra (full price) to go the the 3 other restaurants which was disappointing. This needs to be changed even if it means paying a small supplement to go to the other restaurants.

The 'Club' option was a great choice. Very fresh food and staff great

Children allowed to climb over furniture and run around in the Club room during breakfast and other times. Touching food with their hands and being horrid
