I liked the space and decoration. Although not needed, they have a device for disabled people to climb and descend the stairs. Breakfgast was NOT included, but they still had bread, milk, corn flakes, jam, etc which we could use to take breakfast. The air conditioning worked very well. The place is also very quiet, both in the house and inb the street. There is a cafe/restaurant just around the corner. There is a small river a few meters away, the "Careto" decoration on the bridge is very nice.
I did not like having the toilet in the room without a door, as the smell, when used, will stay in the room. I also did not like that the toilet and shower are separated from the room by a transparent glass pane.
We liked the proximity to the river and the beach on a hot day, big double bed, small fridge, good wi-fi, breakfast including scrambled eggs, nearby free parking.
The air-co was freezing cold and we were not able to regulate the temperature.
The room is basic but the facilities and things in the room were comparable to the price paid
